Spending the day focussing on my morning workout

 My Wednesday morning began at 10:00 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot apple cider. At 10:15 I then made my bed. At. 10:20 I hten had eaten a slice of toast with scrambled eggs mixed with spinach. Once I had finished eating, I then at 9:40 brushed my teeth before putting my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, I then did my constant therapy. At 11:15 I did my back stretches. After shaving, at 11:40 I did my stroke stretches. At 11:48 I then did my thera band exercises. At  11:53 I used my hand grips before doing my weight exercises with my five pound dumbbells. At 12:00 I then watched the news at noon. I then did my back stretches once again. I then watched part of a movie until 2:45 I then took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 3:15 I then pulled up my blog so as to typed of my day before eating an early dinner.
