There is always room for improvement

During my P.T. session with jerad this morning he tested me on my balance, how many times I can stand up and sit down in a chair safely, walking to and from a chair in the gym, and how many feet I can walk in the hall for endurence in 15 minutes. I was almost in a jog. I'd say sprint, but at this point that sounds unrealistic. although it felt like a sprint.
