Making the decision with Sally to go to Central Maine Medical Center if I should have something happen to me While at WestSide but to be sent to Maine Medical Center in Portland if I should happen to have another stroke

I began my Tues day morning at 5;30 a.m. by getting up and going out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and to eat fruit and fruit dip. Once I had done so, I then had some hot cereal and english muffin. At 6:00 I then returned to my bedroom to do my weight exercises. I then did my stretching before taking my shower, and getting ready for my day of theropy at WestSdie Neourehab. Once I was ready, I then cleaned my bathroom, before grabbing my lunch and duffle bag. I then said good-bye to my parents and went down by the entree way to wait for United Wheelchair to arrive. John from United soon arrived to bring me to Lewiston. Upon my arrivel to WestSide, I went to the conference room for Yoga Group. During this hour Donald, Matt, and I first told Allissa about the group, for today was her first day in the group. Michelle and Carol then had us start with breathing exercises. "Breath of Fire," was our first to start with. It was then followed by: Neck Rolls, Half Moon, and we finished up with a relaxation technique. At 10:00 I then went to the lobby to work on my breathing exercises I am working on during speech. I had the next hour off. The group I use to be in had been changed to a different time to accomadate more clients. At 10:35 I then checked my Email on my Ipad. I then played words with friends for the last fifteen minutes. At 11:00, I then had my Nursing session with Sally. We went over what I had talked about with Piper the other day. What hospital if an emergency would I want to be brought to. Centeral Maine Medical Center for a minor ingury, but if I were to have another stroke or anything to do with my brain we decided on sending me to Portlands Maine Medical Center. Sally was also telling me that there is a medication that can be given to a person three hours onset, following a stroke. At 11:30 Al from United took me home. I had arrived home at 12:30, thus making myself some lunch. I then brushed my teeth and lied down to rest at 1:20. I had slept until 4:00 before getting up to go out into the kitchen to eat my salad my mother had just made. At 4:15 I then took my shower before going back out into the kitchen to eat my dinner. I then sat down to blog at 5:00.
