working on the ever note app organizing my poems
I began my Wednesday morning at 8:00 a.m. Waiting for my parents to leave for work before going out into the kitchen to eat my breakfast makes things a little easier. First I had gone to the laundry room to start a load of laundry. I then returned to the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and eat some fruit. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cereal and a piece of toasted banana bread. At 8:45 I then returned to my bathroom to brush my teeth. After doing so, I then began to stretch. After a thirty minute stretching routine, I then preceded to hang the laundry to dry. After doing so, I had folded some laundry and put it away. At 9:45 I had returned to my bedroom to do my weight exercises, both arm and leg. At 10:00 I then took my shower, thus getting ready fot the rest of my day. At 10:30 I then had a bite to eat for lunch. before talking to my grandmother on the telephone. At 11:00 I then washed some dish's in the sink. I then packed my knapsack, thus getting ready to go to therapy. At 11:30 my ride showed up to bring me to WestSide. It was Sam. He had brought me WestSide for my 1:00 p.m. support group meeting. We first all stood up once in the conference room and said stay positive. We then checked in. Theresa mentioned how she was doing Yoga and having a hard time getting off the mat. She also mentioned how she has a hard time accepting help after her stroke. I then checked talking about the recent bout of headaches I had this past week. Must be the weather. Things were going good up until this week. Tera is doing alright, she mentions she is feeling a little tired and having a hard time staying on her feet. She mentioned how she has gone to the local gym in her community to exercise. Lee is feeling o.k. but a little tired. He mentioned how he has walked up and down stairs twice, something he has not done since having a stroke. Lisa went to her nephews baby shower and continues to enjoy horse back riding. After support group I then went to the gym for my p.t. session with Dan. He first had me on the Nu Step for 25 minutes. He then had me in the parallel bars standing on the erix cuission working on my balance. I then had ankle weights strapped on to do leg raises in the parallel bars. Dan then had me staning on the bosu ball, trying to maintain my balance. At 3:00 I then had my rehab session with Deb. Deb first helped me organize a group on face book. We then worked on the ever note app organizing my poems that are in there. At 4:00 Roger from United Wheelchair then took me home. I had arrived home at 5:10 thus taking making shower before dinner. I then went to my computer to blog.
