Playing twenty questions during cog skills group
My Monday morning began at 5:10 a.m. By doing my weight exercises. At 5:15 I then stretched. At 5:40 I had shaved and taken my sower before going out into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit before having a bowl of cereal with a toasted English muffin. At 6:45 I had brushed my teeth before laying down to rest while waiting for my ride. United had arrived at 8:00 a.m. I had arrived at Westside at 9:30 upon doing so I had put my things in my locker before going over to Bates College pone to do some walking with the walking to wellness group. It became a little to hot for me, so Dan had taken me back to WestSide, while the others stayed to walk. I then sat in the lobby so as to cool while drinking water. At 11:00 during a rehab session with Michelle, I had showed her my book, thus letting her skim the through the chapters. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch. At 12:30 during my nursing session with Brenda we spoke about medical issues before I let her look at the progress I have made on my book. At 1:00 during a support session with Sarah, I first consolidated apts on I pad. I then changed the font size in my book in the poems. I then played a game of cribbage with Sarah. At 2:00 During cog skills group Joice had us playing twenty questions. I then meet with Piper for case management. She had mentioned to me that I just need a note from my doctor Maus at Mass. General a referral so as to get P.T. I then went to the conference room to enter my daily blog while waiting to go home.
