Working on skipping with Kasandra during recreational therapy
My Tuesdsay morning began at 4:30 a.m. By getting up to stretch. At 5:00 I then preceded with my upper body workout. After doing so, I had strapped on my ankle weights and worked my legs. At 5:20 I then shaved before taking my shower thus drinking my hot cocao in between doing things. At 6:00 I then went into the main camp so as to eat some fruit. I then had some cereal and toast. I then returned to my camp so as to brush my teeth. Just in time, Bruce had arrived at 7:08 to take me to WestSide. Upon my arrival at 9:00 a.m. I had just enough time to put my things into my locker before meeting with Leeore. We spoke about many things that were on my mind. At 10:00 I had met Dan in the gym for p.t. Session. Dan first had me twenty minutes on the Nu Step. After going .97 miles we had gone outside to walk on the grassy uneven terrain. We then went back into the gym to do step ups on plat form so as to work on shifting my weight. At 11:00 I then went to the art room for expressive arts. Today Michelle had us chose a new project to work on. We had chose a decorative picture frame. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area so as to eat my lunch before taking my shower. At 1:00 I then went back to the craft room for literature group. Today Laura had us reading chapter 17. She then gave us questions to answer over the week. At 2:00 Kasandra filled in for my rec therapy session. I had showed her book and blog before she helped me print off a picture for next weeks expressive arts project. She then showed me how to skip. This was very difficult to do, but is something to work on so as to improve and strengthen my ankle. At 3:00 I then went to the computer room for creative writing group. Laura first had us do a ten minute free write, I then showed them my picture on face book of my grandmothers birthday. We then did some mad labs with Laura. At 4:00 Dan took me to camp. I did not arrive until 5:30, thus going strait to my camp so as to blog. Few what a day!
