Making hot cocoa in a jar during Recreational Therapy
My Tuesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. I then preceded so as to work my upper and lower body with weights. At 5:40 I then shaved before taking my shower. Once I was ready I had gone out into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip while drinking my hot cocoa. As I was doing so, my father had made me an omlet. At 6:15 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then organized my knapsack while waiting for my ride. United wheelchair had arrived at 7:30. Bruce had me at West Side for 9:00 a.m. I had brought my things to my locker, changed into my running sneakers, before making my way up to the lobby. I then met with Leeor for counseling. Once we had finished discussing issues, I then went to the gym at 10:00 for my p.t. sessions. Carina my speech therapist had covered for my p.t. I first I first did twenty minutes on the Nu Step. I had gone 1.01 miles before stretching. I then did fifteen minutes on the olyptical. At 12:00 I then had gone to the dining area so as to eat my lunch before taking a shower. At 1:00 I had gone to the arts and crafts room for literature group. Laura had us reading chapters six and seven. She then gave us the questions to answer for next week. At 2:00 I then went back upstairs so as to meet with Tobie for recreational therapy. We had started to work on the hot cocoa recipes in a jar this week. At 3:00 I had gone to the computer lab for creative writing group. Laura first had us do a fifteen minute free write. Laura then had us writing a story each taking a turn adding to it. At 5:00 Dan had taken me home. I had arrived home at 5:30. Upon doing so I had put on something comfy before packing my knapsack for tomorrow. I then called my grandmother before eating dinner. At 6:15 I then pulled up my blog and began to type.
