Finding out side affects from a medication with Sally

My Monday morning began at 5:30 a.m. By getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then grabbed my weights and began to work my upper body. At 6:00 I then shaved before taking my shower. I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with my hot cocao. I then had a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast before brushing my teeth. I then grabbed my things. I then met Pete at my door so as to bring me to WestSide. Upon my arrival for 10:00 a.m. I had put my things into my locker I then met Dan in the Gym for my P.T. Session. Dan first had me walking around the hallway outside the gym with a cone in my hand with a ball on top. We then went inside the gym so as to work on some more balance before riding the nu step for twenty minutes. At 11:00 I then had my rehab session with Sarah. Today we continued to work on my editing my book. At 12:00 I then had eaten my lunch before taking my shower. I then met with Sally the Nurse. We first made an appointment with my p.c.p. Dr. Seely for Friday. Febuary 3 for 3:00 p.m. I am to check my phone messages when I get home. We then called Dr. Sellvitelli's office. At 2:00 during a cognitive skills group we had played the game Buzz Word. At 3:00 I then had my case management session with Piper. At 3:15 I then went into a room so as to type my blog entry for the day.
