Migrane
My Monday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to do my back stretch's. I then preceded to continue to stretch. At 6:20 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat my fruit with fruit dip. At 6:30 I then returned to my bedroom so as to work my upper body. At 6:35I had taken my shower before going into the kitchen so as to have a bowl of cereal and a piece of toast. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and wait for my ride. At 8:20 I then left for WestSide Neuro. I had arrived at WestSide for 10:00 a.m. I had put my things into my locker before making my way to the gym for my P.T. session with Dan. Dan first had me on the Nu Step for ten minutes. I had gone .51 miles before calling it a ride. I then made my way to the treadmill so as to jog three times for one minute at 3.8 miles per hour. Dan then had me next to the parallel bars side stepping on a 2by4. Dan then took me to the stairwell to do some stepping. At 11:10 I started to feel sick. A lot like vomiting and my vision was blurry. I was having a migrane headache. Once I felt a little better, I had gone to Bullet Journel Group. Today I colored in my letters and started to make my box's for my calendar. At 12:00 I had gone to the dining area so as to eat my lunch. At 1:00 during my rehab session with Kasandra we continued to work on my book as best that I could. I still was not feeling all that well. At 1:45 She then called United Wheelchair so as to bring me home. I just could not do anymore. The Headache had hit its limit. I had arrived home at 4:00 the time that I should have been leaving WestSide. I had eaten my dinner as soon as I walked through the door. I then took a shower before pulling up my blog. I then went to bed.
