Writing two articles during newsletter group

My Monday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by doing my stretching that has helped in my stroke recovery. After doing so I preceded my workout with my first set of weight exercises. At 5:25 I then did my back exercises. I then followed those with my second set of weight exercises. At 5:42 I then shaved before taking my shower. I then put in my eye and nose drops before going into the main camp. At 6:00 I then sat down to eat some fruit with fruit dip. I then had a bowl of cereal with my toasted bagel. At 6:27 I then went back into my camp so as to brush my teeth. I then took in some air before listening to my audio book. At 7:15 United Wheelchair had arrived to transport me to WestSide Neurorehabilitation. I had arrived at WestSide at 9:00 a.m. Upon my arrival I had gone to the conference room for news letter group. I was the only client there, so Ashly and I talked about the layout of the newsletter. Putting a recipe in there from farm to table. I then researched and wrote two articles. Once on Memorial Day, and other on September 11th bombings. I had continued working on my articles through the 10-11 o’clock hour during my rehab session with Ashly. At 11:00 during bullet journal group, Jamie had me draw out a calendar for the month. I then drew a picture before going outside to update my photo on face book. At 12:00 I then met Annie in the lobby. She was the United Wheelchair driver that would be taking me home this afternoon. I had arrived at camp at 1:45. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then went into my camp so as to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 2:15-4:55. Once. I then went into the main camp so as to eat dinner. I then returned to my camp at 5:30 to put some clean laundry away before taking a shower. I then put up my blog at 5:30 and began to type of my day.
