Writing an e-mail to a friend who is also visually impaired

My Thursday morning began at 10:30 a.m. by doing may back stretches. At 10:50 I then went into the main camp to eat my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 11:00 I then had one egg, a toast, with some ham. Once I had finished eating, I then at 11:30 returned to my camp to brush my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air, at 12:00 I then watched the news at noon. At 12:30 I then put some clean laundry away. At 12:40 I then filled my empty pill containers for the week ahead. At 1:06 I then shaved. At 1:15 I then e-mail my friend Naomi responding to an e-mail that she had sent me on Hadley support groups for the Blind and visually impaired. I then preceded to let her know that I am currently getting involved with the Division of the Blind and visually Impaired programs once again since my concussion and T.I.A. At 2:05 I then had a snack. At 2:30 I then finished my e-mail to Naomi. At 2:33 I began to do my constant therapy. At 2:55 I then brushed my teeth before continuing with my constant therapy. At 3:02 I then did my thera band exercises for my arms and legs. At 3:12 I then did my stroke stretches. At 3:22 I then did a word search. At 4:17 I then ate dinner. At 4:50 I then went into my camp to take a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 5:15 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
