Going to L.L. Beans

 I began my Friday morning at 8:00 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. I then had a bowl of cereal with banana along with a slice of toasted banana bread. Once I had finished eating, at 8:20 I then shaved and brushed my teeth. After taking my shower, and was dressed and ready for the day ahead, I then left the house with my father. At 11:16 we had arrived at L.L. Bans to exandes something and to look aroound. After making a couple of purchasses, we then left L.L. Beans at 2:45 we then stopped at 99"s to eat. After doing so, we continued our way home. At 2:50 we stopped to fill the car up with gas. We then finally arrived home at 4:00. After taking a shower, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day. 

Writing a poem and letters to the state from staff and client to help funding for Nero Restorative

 My Thursday morning began at 7:30 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. At 7:50 I then had oatmeal, banana, with a slice of toasted banana bread. At 7:45 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. Once I had shaved, I then made my bed before taking my shower. Once I was dressed and ready for the day ahead, I soon was on my way to Nero Restorative. Upon my arrival at 12:35 I spoke with a client who has not been there in a long time and is married and had kids now. Andy and I spoke with each other for about twenty minutes before I had to go to my first session. At 11:00 I had cognitive skills group with Angela. Today she and Ema each say a destination that we would like to visit then we voted on one to make plans to go visit. Hawaii was the winner. We had to figure out the time zone change, what to pack, cost of plane tickets, Ect. At 2:00 during my O.T. Session with Angela I to write a poem, so that I could videoed, I videoed Angela to be sent to the state because of cut backs. Other clients and staff were doing it too. I then left for home. I arrived home at 4:15. Once inside I ate my dinner before taking a shower and getting comfortable for the evening. After doing so, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day. 

Talking with Motive Care to get my transportation stratened out

I began my Wednesday morning at 10:20 a.m. by making my bed. At 10:35 I had eaten my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 10:46 I then had some scrambled eggs, banana bread with peanut-butter. Once I had finished eating, at 11:30 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs fo air with my inhaler, I then dusted my bedroom. At 12:00 p.m. I then watched the news while doing my back stretches. At 12:15 I then did the stretches that I have been doing since I had my stroke. I then called Nero Restorative to see who would be transporting to Nero Restorative tomorrow. It was not United Wheelchair, It will be Aska Transportation. At 12:40 I then filled my empty pill containers. I then called Motive Care to let them know, "AGAIN!" THAT I AM VISUALLY IMPAIRED, LEGALLY BLIND!" I then told motive care that I need door to door. Not have someone come into Nero Restorative and say, "I am here for Troy." Then go back into the parking lot into their car and expect me to fine the car that they are in. At 1:50 I then did my constant therapy and typing exercises. At 2:15 I then used my hand grips squeezing them five times for thirty seconds each. At 2:22 I then grabbed my dumbbells and began to work my upper body. At 2:30 I then than had my salad. At 2:45 I then took a shower so as to get comfortable for the evening before eating my dinner. At 3:50 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day. 

Comedy Hour While at the Doctors Office

 My Tuesday morning began at 10:00 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 10:40 I then had a bowl of cereal with banana, along with a slice of banana bread toasted with peanut-butter on it. Once I had finished eating, I then at 11:00 I then shaved before taking my shower. Once I was dressed and ready for my day, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 11:30 I then did my constant therapy followed by my typing exercises. At 12:00 I then watched the news at noon. At 12:30 I then left the house with my father for Augusta to a consultation appointment with a doctor who does surgery on Basel cancer. I have this type of skin cancer on the left side of my nose. It hurts more when I wair my button glasses then when I where my reading glasses. Upon our arrival at the doctors that specializes in Basel cancer surgery for my consultation, we met the Doctor and his assistant. He had my father and laughing so hard it was unbelievable. He went over the procedure where he would be sicking needles in the area where the cancer is to get ride of it. He said he would call my Neurologist to ask for a double dose of the relaxant medication that I am on. We woul be talking and he would make jokes. He made it feel as though the right thing to do. Now I that I have to do is wait for my call. At 4:10 we then left for home. We arrived home at 4:10. Once inside the house, I put on something comfortable before eating dinner. At 4:52 I then brushed my teeth before pulling up my blog, so as to type of my day. 

Finding words on my Thanksgiving word search puzzle

 My Monday morning began at 10:00 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a hot cup of cocoa. At 10:20 I then made my bed. After doing so at 10:27 I then had a brunch of squash, home-fries, and spare ribs. Once I had finished eating, at brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in two puffs of air with my inhaler, At 11:05 I then put some clean laundry away. After doing so, I then shaved. At 11:18 I then began to do the stretches that I have been doing since I had my stroke. After doing my back stretches, at 11:40 I then did my constant therapy. After doing my typing exercises, at 12:00 I then watched the news. At 12:30 I then grabbed my dumbbells and to work my upper body. Once I had finished my workout I began to do my Thanksgiving word search puzzle, thanks to my sister. At 1:10 I then lied down to rest. I had slept until 2:30 before waking. After taking a shower, I then ate my salad. At 3:25 I had eaten a plate of spaghetti for dinner. At 3:40 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day. 

Upgrades to our cable channel's

 My Sunday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. After doing so, at 7:45 I then at 7:11 had a bowl of cereal with banana, along with along with an english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then at 7:30 brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, I then watched Sunday Mass. At 7:30 I then went back to bed and did not wake until 10:00. After making my bed, I began to do my back stretches. At 10:20 I then grabbed my dumbbells, so as to work my upper body. At 10:27 I grabbed my handgrips and squeezed them five times thirty seconds each time. At 10:35 strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. At 10:38 I then did my stretches that I have been doing since my stroke. Once I had finished my workout, I then did a word search puzzle. At 1:16 I then did my constant therapy. At 1:30 my mother arrived home from church and eventually gave me communion. At 2:00 I then had a snack. I then wrote down the channels that we now, that we have upgraded our cable. I then took pictures of my paintings to post on insta gram. At 2:40 I began to do my typing lessons. At 3:57 I then had my salad. Once I had finished eating my dinner, at 4:00 I brushed my teeth before pulling up my blog and typing of my day. 

A visit with my sister and Dan

 My Saturday morning began at 10:30 a.m. by taking the sheets off of my bed. At 10:45 I then ate my fruit while drinking a hot cup of cocoa. At 10:55 I had a bowl of hot cereal with banana along with  toasted pigs fly bread. Once I had finished eating, I then at 11:25 brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nosed drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, I then at 11:35 shaved. At 11:45 filled my empty pill container. At 11:57 I then cleaned my bathroom. At 12:30 I then did my back stretches. At 12:45 began to do the stretches that I have been doing since having my stroke. At 12:50 My sister and her friend Dan had arrived. She had ordered two of my books "Running From Lightning" for me.After paying her for them, at 2:00 I began to do my constant therapy. At 2:23 I then took a shower, so as to get confortable for the rest of the day. At 2:56 I then ate my salad. After doing so, I then ate dinner. Once I had finished eating, I then blogged of my day.
