My Thursday morning began at 7:40 a.m. by going out into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. At 8:10 I then ate some toasted muffins for breakfast. At 8:30 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and shave. After doing so, I then made my bed, before starting in with my stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. At 9:08 I then preceded to do my back stretches. At 9:30 I then cycled for fifteen minutes before folding some dry laundry. At 10:00 I then put it away. At 10:20 I then went through some papers and notes that I had saved over the years. At 1120 I then ate my lunch. At 11:50 I then brushed my teeth and put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air. At 11:56 I then lied down to rest and slept unitl 2:56 before waking. I then cleaned my bathroom before taking a shower at 3:30. At 3:50 I then did some reading before putting some laundry away. At 4:30 I then played a game of cribbage with my mother before eating dinner at 5:00. At 5:30 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.

Continuing to unpack

My Wednesday Morning began at 9:40 a.m. Once my bed was made, I then went into the kitchen to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had two blueberry muffins that my mother had made. At 10:11 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and shave before making my bed. At 10:38 I then continued to empty out garbage filled with items from my apartment. At 11:00 I then began to do the stretches that have been helping each morning to loosen up since having my last stroke. I then preceded to do my back stretches. At 12:00 I then lied down to rest and I had slept until 3:40 before waking. Once I had taken a shower, I then put my medication into refills that I had just purchased. At 4:30 I then ate dinner with my parents before pulling up my blog at 5:10 and typing of my day.

Calling my pcp to have my inhaler refilled

My Tuesday morning began at a.m. by talking to my grandmother on the telephone. After a ten minute conversation, I then ate some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. At 9:30 I then ated my breakfast. My mother had made some popovers for breakfast. At 9:40 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and shave At 10:05 I then set my clock radio that I took back from my apartment. I then took two puffs of my inhaler before putting in my eye and nose drops. At 10:20 I then unpacked some more garbage bags filled with things from my apartment. At 11:23 I then called the pharmacy to have my medication transferred. They said to call back at 1:00. I then called my primary care doctor from Auburn Dr. Hatfield to have my inhalers refilled. They then let me know that they would be at the pharmacy within 24-48 hours for pick up. At 12:30 I then sat down to eat my lunch. At 12:50 I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 12:52-3:47 before waking. Once I had taken a shower I then sat down to eat dinner with my parents. At 5:00 I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.

Calling my primary care doctor to let them know my change of address

My Monday morning began at 9:00 a.m. by making my bed. I then went into the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa while my father had was making me an omelet. At 9:45 I then returned to my my bedroom so as to brush my teeth At 9:55 l then set my clock radio that I had taken from my apartment to put back in my bedroom. At 10:00 I then began to unpack my knapsack that I had ski clothing in from this past winter when I went snow shoeing. At 10:10 I then emptied the bottom of my bathroom sink. I then began to empty garbages filled with things I had packed to take home from my apartment. While doing so, I organized things until 12:00 noon, I then ate lunch. At 12:10 I then brushed my teeth before putting my pills containers in the cupboard behind my toilet in my bathroom. At 12:23 I then called Dr. Hatfields office to them know that I had moved, so as to change my address. I then confirmed with them my next appointment for October 7, at 3:00 p.m. At 12:50 I then lied down to rest. I had slept until 3:50 before waking. Once I had taken a shower, I then sat down with my parents at 4:40 to eat dinner. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom so as to pull up my blog and to type of my day.

Heading home to live once again

My Sunday morning began at 4:00 a.m. by continuing to pack to move back home with my parents. At 4:30 I then two fruit cups before continuing to pack. While doing so, I had taken the food out of my refrigerator. At 7:40 I had taken a shower before packing my clock radio and My I pad. I had each separately and put them into my bathroom tin garbage can. I then put my razor and medication along with my second face mask into a separate bag. At 9:00 the weekend janitor brought my things to the door so things would be ready to pack into my fathers truck, once he arrived. At 10:00 Auburn Hanaford had called to let me know my meloxocam medication was ready fro pick up. I told them I was moving back to Farmington today and to call them and let them know. They said to give them twenty-four hours and it would be ready. At. 10:00 the Janitor and I loaded things onto this moving cart, so that he could bring down to the truck. He and my father then loaded things into the. Bed of his truck and back seat. Once he had come up for a second load, I then went down with hime. Once it was loaded in the truck, my father and left for home. We had arrived home at 11:45. Once giving my mother a hug, I then ate lunch. At 12:13 I then called Farmington Hanaford so as to get medication ready. At 12:20 I then brushed my teeth, I then lied down to rest. I had slept until 4:20. I then took a shower before unpacking a little At 5:17 I then blog of my day.

Packing up to move

My Saturday morning began at 4:30 a.m. by making my bed. At 5:07 I then made myself an eggcup and an english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then brushed my teeth and shaved before washing my dishes and picking my kitchen. At 5:45 I then began to do my stroke stretches, I then continued to stretch by doing my back stretches. At 6:04 I had taken a shower, so as to get ready for the day ahead. At 6:30 I then started a load of laundry. I then made some ice before packing up canned food in my cupboards. At 7:00 I then filled my empty pill containers before putting in my eye and nose drops. I then two puffs of my inhaler. At 7:40 I then put my wash in the dryer. AT 7:50 I then packed my can goods and dry foods in my cupboards. At 8:30 I then called my mother. We talked until 8:52 before I went to get my laundry. Once it was folded and put away at 9:30 I continued to my laundry in garbage bags. At 9:55 I then folded my shirts in in my amour, and put those in trash bags. At 11:40 my meal had arrived for the last time. Once I had finished eating At 12:08 I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept unitl 2:36 before waking. I then called my mother. She let me know that my father will be arriving tomorrow at 10:30. At 3:00 I then went to get some carts to put my things in to be ready for tomorrow. At 3:10 I then kept packing. At 4:20 I then called my mother. At 4:30 I then kept packing until 6:40. I then ate my dinner. At 7;17 I then took a shower before pulling up my blog at 7:43. I then began to type of my day.

Receiving a call from Nurse Sally, so as to see how I was doing

My Friday morning began at 7:00 a.m. by fixing myself a bowl of cereal and a piece of toast. Once I had finished eating at 7:36 I then washed my dishes and picked up my kitchen. At 7:44 I then brushed my teeth and made my bed before shaving. At 8:04 Lyndsey the hostess here at Schooner had called to take my meal order. At 8:18 I then began to do my stretches that I have been doing each morning since having my last stroke. At 8:34 I then began to do my back stretches. At 8:45 I then took a shower, so as to get ready for my day ahead. At 9:03 I then received a call from my mother. Once I had finished my call, I then had written a letter to a family friend giving him my sympathy thoughts and prayers for the loss of his father. At 9:30 I then called my mother back to read her the letter to see what she thought. At 10:00 I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking two puffs of air before putting on my masked on and went outside to go for a walk. At 10:30 I had returned back to my apartment. Once I had taken a shower, I then listened to my audio book while doing a word-search. At 11:00 Sally had called to see how I was doing. I had let her know that I have had my days good and bad. She had let me know that she had talked to my mother first, calling her by mistake. I then called my mother back to let her know of my conversation with sally. At 11:20 I then listened to my audio book. I did so until 12:00 before eating my lunch. At 12:35 I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I slept until 4:07 before waking. I then took a shower before eating while watch ing the news. At 5:30 I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.

Doing a picnic crossword puzzle

My Thursday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by fixing myself a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. After doing so, I then sat down to eat. Once I had finished eating, at 6:30 I then washed my dishes and picked up my kitchen. After doing so, I had made my bed before brushing my teeth and shaving. At 6:50 I then took a shower. Once I had my bathroom cleaned, I then started a load of laundry. I then watched the news while doing a word search. At 8:00 I then put my laundry in the dryer. I then went outside for a walk. At 8:45 I had returned. Once inside, I had listened to some music on big 104.3.  During a news report I herd of some more covid -19 cases reported at a nursing facility. At 9:15 I then went to get my laundry out of the dryer, so as to fold and put away. After doing so Marilyn had arrived to clean my apartment. She did so until 10:48. At 11:00 my mother had called. We talked until my meal had arrived at 11:50. Once I had eaten, I then talked to a therapist from Westside who had called to see how I was doing. We talked from 12:35-1:00 before ending our call. At 1:00 I then called my mother. We talked until 1:30. I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:35-3:30 before waking by a nock on my door. It was Mark. They were going around serving drinks to people. Lemon aid, fruit punch, that sort of thing. I then did a picnic crossword puzzle while drinking my lemon aid. This was the next puzzle left in our mailboxes outside our door. At 4:30 I then took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the night. At 4:57 I then watched a movie while eating my dinner. I then pulled up my blog, so as to type of my day.

Talking to a friend on face time

My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by fixing myself a bowl of cereal with a toasted biscuit. Once I had finished eating I then brushed my teeth and shaved before making my bed. At 5:56 I then began to do the stretches that had helped me in last stroke recovery. At 6:10 I then washed my dishes and picked up my kitchen. At 6:11 I then began to do back stretches. At 6:30 I had taken my shower so as to get ready for the rest of my day. After cleaning my bathroom, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking two puffs of my inhaler. At 6:45 I then did a word search until 7:30 before painting by number on my i pad by dragging numbered pieces into the picture. AT 8:07 I continued to do a word search. While doing so a friend had face timed me at 8:35. We talked until 8:50. I then listened to my audio book. At 9:00 Marilyn came into my apartment to get my sheets and make my bed with clean sheets. At 9:02 I then called my mother. We had talked until 9:28. I then lied down to rest. I had slept for an hour before getting a face time call from my sister last woke me up. We talked until 10:38 I then made my move in words with friends. At 11:00, I then continued to drag my pieces into my color by number app. At 11:40 my lunch had arrived. Once I had finished eating at 12:30 I then called my mother. We talked for an hour. I then lied down to rest and slept from 1:30-3:00. I then did a word search until 4:00. I then stuck in my mailbox outside my apartment door. At 4:15 I then took a shower before making myself a sandwich for dinner with left over turkey that I had. Once I had finished eating, I had washed my dishes before pulling up my blog, so as to type of my day.

My Tuesday morning began at 7:00 a.m. Once I had made my bed, I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. Once I had finished eating, I then washed my dishes and picked up my kitchen. At 7:25 I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 7:50 I then did my stretches that I have been doing each morning since having my last stroke. At 8:00 I then began to do my back stretches. At 8:10 I then took a shower before going to picked up my medication at the nurses station in the village green. Along the way I had started a wash. Before going back to my apartment, I saw Linsey and she had asked me if I would like to fill out a menu for tomorrow. After doing so, I then returned to my apartment. At 8:50 I then returned to my apartment. At 9:00 I then filled my empty pill containers. I then took my loratadine medication out of the bubble wrap that they were in and put then into a pill container. At 9:55 I then put my laundry into the dryer. At 10:00 I then continued to take my medication out of the bubble wrap. At 10:20 I then began to watch a movie on net flix. At 11:03 I then went to get my laundry. Once I had returned to my apartment I then folded it and put it away. At 11:30 my mother had called. We talked while I was waiting for my meal to arrive. At 11:53 I then ate my lunch. At 12:30 I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 12:40-3:04. At 3:10 I then went to the village green to see if the store was open. I returned to my apartment to then do my daily puzzle challenge. Today it was a cross word puzzle clues having to o with the drink hot cocoa.. While I was doing so Nancy and Sue were coming with lemon aid and ginger ail. At 4:40 I then ate my dinner. I then took a shower before pulling up my blog.

Having my vitals done in my apartment by a nurse at Schooner

My Monday morning began at 6:30 a.m. by eating a bowl of cereal and a piece of toast. At 6:50 I then washed my dishes and picked up my kitchen. After doing so, I had brushed my teeth and shaved before making my bed. At 7:40 I then began to do my stretches that I have been doing each morning since having my last stroke. After doing so, I then began to do my back stretches. Once I was all loosened up at 8:00 I took two puffs of my inhaler. At 8:05 I had taken a shower before receiving a call from my mother. I then called the pharmacy, I had a script ready for pick up. I then went down to tell Sue in transportation so as to have Nancy go pick it up. While doing so, Sue had given me another mask to use to cover my mouth and nose during this pandemic. It is nice to have someone that works here that makes them. At 9:23 I then called my mother to let her know that I had received another mask. At 9:27 I then went to the nurses station to ask to have my vitals taken to report to Doctor Hatfields office. She let me know that she would come to my apartment and do it. At 10:30 I then called Doctor Gary Hatfields office to let his nurse know the results. After being put on hold for fifteen minutes, I finally spoke to her. At 11:00 I then listened to my audio book. At 11:45 my meal was delivered to my apartment. Once I had finished eating, I then brushed my teeth and lied down to rest. I had slept from 12:30-3:30 before waking. I then typed a message to my cousin on facebook before talking to my parents at 3:45. At 3:53 I then listened to my audio book for thirty minutes before pulling up my blog and typing of my day at 4:03.

Taking a walk with my mask on

My Sunday morning began at 6:30 a.m. by eating a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. After doing so, I then brushed my teeth and shaved before washing my dishes. At 7:40 I then began to do the stretches that I have been doing everyday since having my last stroke. At 8:00 I then began to do my back stretches. After doing so, I then took a shower, so as to get ready for the rest of my day. At 8:43 I then started a load of of laundry. At 8:50 I had put in my eye and nose drops before taking two puffs of my inhaler. At 9:00 I then listened to my audio book while doing a word search puzzle. At 9:30 my mother had called. We talked until 10:00 before I had received a call from the pharmacy letting me know that my script is ready for pick up. At 10:15 I then put my laundry in the dryer. Before receiving a call from a friend. We talked for twenty minutes, I then made my move in words with friends. At 11:30 I then went ti get my laundry in the dryer. Once it was folded and put away, At 11:45 I then had eaten my lunch. At 12:40 I then spoke to my mother on the phone once again before going for a walk with my mask on. At 1:10 I then returned frome my walk. I then took a shower before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:30-5:00 before waking. At 5:20 my father had called. We talked for thirty minutes, I then ate a bowl of soup. At 6:15 I then took a shower so as to get comfortable for the night before pulling up my blog at 6:37, so as to type of my day.

Trying to get use to a new seizure medication

My Saturday morning began at 6:10 a.m. by making myself a banana sandwich. Once I had finished eating, I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 6:50 I then made my bed. At 7:00 I began to do my stretches that have been helping each morning since having my last stroke. At 7:10 I then washed my dishes and picked up my kitchen. After doing so at 7:20 I then began to do my back stretches. At 7:30 I then took a shower before listening to my audio book. While doing so, I had put in my eye and nose drops. I then took two puffs of my inhaler. At 8:00 I then watched Sunday Mass. Once the mass was finished, I then began to do a word search at 8:30. I had completed the word search at 8:52. I then spoke to my mother on the phone. Once we had ended the call at 9:20 I had lied down. This new seizure medication that I am on really makes me tired, even if it is a half of the pill in the morning and half at night. I had slept until 11:23 before waking. At 11:45 I then had eaten my lunch. After doing so, as i was picking things up my mother had called at 12:34. We talked until 12:42. I then got ready to go outside for a walk. I had walked for thirty minutes returning to my apartment at 1:30. I then listened to my audio book until 2:00 before having to lay down once again. this new medication is really taking a tole on me. At least I have not had any seizures. I had slept until 4:30. before waking and taking a shower. At 4:40 my sister had face timed me. we talked while I was eating. At 5:10 I then picked up my kitchen. At 5:15 I then brushed my teeth before pulling up my blog, so as to type of my day.

Having a doctors appointment over the phone

My Friday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by fixing myself a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. At 6:37 I then had washed my dishes and picked up my kitchen. After doing so, I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 7:05 I then put in my nose drops and took in two puffs of air. At 7:15 I then sat down to fill my empty pill containers. At 8:05 I then began to do my stretches that have been helping each morning to loosen up since having my last stroke. At 8:20 I then began to do my back stretches. At 8:30 I then called the pharmacy to see if my script was ready. At 8:42 I then called my mother before taking a shower. At 9:10 Dr. Hatfields office had called my primary care doctor to give me an appointment over the telephone. Once I had answered questions from the nurse, I then spoke to the doctor. I was letting him know how long I was sleeping at night and still feeling tired since my neurologist put me on my new seizure med. He replied, that should not be happening. He then let me know that I should call my neurologist because I should not be that sedated after taking a medication. . He then asked me a few more questions like, if I was experiencing any depression ect. He then let me know that he would like to have a nurse here take my blood pressure, temperature weight, ect. At 10:00 my mother had called me back and said that my primary care doctor from Franklin Memorial when I use to live with my parents had called to get one off my scripts change to my doctor to where I now live. My mother then told me that she would call my neurologist and let her know how heavily sedated the new medication is making me. My mother then called me back and said to cut the pill in half and take half a.m. and half p.m. At 10:45 I then listened to my audio book. At 11:00 I then watched a movie on net flix. At 11:50 My meal had arrived. At 12:30 I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept until 3:00. Once I had splashed my face with water so as to wake up, I then went to the store in the village green to buy some milk and orange juice. At 4:00 my mother had called and we talked until 4:36. I then ate my dinner. At 5:11 I had taken a shower before pulling up my blog so as to type of my day.

Having a good chuckle

My Thursday morning began at 6:00 a.m. after sleeping the entire night, by fixing myself a bowl of cereal with blueberry's and half of a banana in it. Once I had finished eating that and my piece of toast, at 6:25 I had made my bed before washing my dishes. At 6:36 I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 7:00 I had taken a shower, so as to get ready for the exciting day I had planned for myself. HA HA!! At 7:15 I then watched the news until 8:09. Once I had put my eye and nose drops in, I then took two puffs of my inhaler. At 8:15 I then started a wash. While it was doing so at 8:20 I then played words with friends. At 8:45 Lyndsey had called to get my meal order for today. Five minutes later Marylin had knocked on my door. She had come in to clean my apartment. After doing so, Marylin had left my apartment at 9:27. At 9:35 I then began to do my stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. At 9:50 I started in with my back stretches. At 10:00 I then put my wash in the dryer. I then went back to my apartment to eat my lunch, that I had left over from yesterday. I was hungry. At 10:45 my mother had called. We talked for five minutes, I then went for a walk. It was a twenty minute walk. I had returned at 11:10 I then watched net flix. At 11:15 I then went to get my laundry so as to fold and put away. At 12:00 my meal had arrived and since I had eaten earlier, I packed it up and put in the refrigerator for tomorrow. I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 12:12-4:00 before waking. Once I had taken my shower, I the did todays word search left in my mailbox outside my apartment door. At 4:40 I then had a little something to eat. Once I had washed my dishes, I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.

Keeping in touch

My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by eating my breakfast. After a bowl of cereal and piece of toast, I then made my bed. At 5:25 I had washed my dishes and picked up my kitchen before brushing my teeth and shaving. At 5:54 I then began to do my stretches that have helped me each morning since having my last stroke. At 6:09 I then began to do my back stretches. At 6:30 I had taken a shower so as to get ready for the day ahead. I then sat down to watch television while doing a word search. As I was doing so, Marilyn had knocked on my door at 8:00 to come in to change the sheets on my bed. At 8:15 I then talked to my mother on the phone. We talked until 8:30. Nicole from the kitchen had called at 8:45 to take my order fore lunch today. I then played words with friends, while watching television. At 9:54 I had made myself a piece of toast. At 10:00 I then did a word search while watching a net flix movie. At 10:35 I then called the kitchen to have a lemon aid put on my lunch tray. At 10:40 Nancy delivered my medications. I then continued to watch my movie. At 1150 my lunch had arrived. Once I had finished eating, I then, brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 12:30-1:05 before receiving a call from a friend. We talked until 2:13. Once off the phone another friend had called. At 2:50 I then shopped at the schooner store. At 3:15 I then returned to my apartment. After washing all my products that I had bought, I had called my mother. We talked for twenty minutes, I then slept once again from 4:00-5:20. Once I had eaten my dinner, I then washe my dishes before taking a shower. I then pulled up my blog, and typed of my day.

Working on a boggle puzzle

My Tuesday morning at 600 a.m. Once I had made my bed, I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. Once I had finished eating, at 6:48 I then washed my dishes and picked up my kitchen. At 7:05 I then shaved. At 7:07 I then shaved before stating in with my stretching that I have been doing each day since having my last stroke. At 7:37 I then began to do my back stretches. At 7;46 I then took a shower, so as to get ready for the day ahead. At 8;18 I then called the pharmacy to see if my medication was ready. I had no more refills, so they called my doctor for me. I then called to order my inhaler. After doing so, I spoke to my mother on the phone. At 9:00 I then organize my non prescription medication to be picked up. Once I had given my list to sue, I then went back to my apartment to call my mother. At 9:50 I wished a friend on face book a happy birthday. At 9:52 I then worked on name that bird puzzle. At 10;45 I then wrote a letter to a friend. I then wrote a letter to my grandmother. At 11:15 my father had called from his truck. My mother then had called from home. At 11:53 we my meal was delivered. At 12:30 I then lied down to rest and slept until 2:00 before receiving a knock on my door from Shawn a nurse here at Schooner to deliver my medication. At 2:10 I then worked on a boggle puzzle left outside in my mailbox. At 2:50 Dr. Hatfields office called my p.c.p. They wanted to know if I wanted to come in or have a Drs. appointment over the phone. I chose over the phone. So Friday April 17 I will receive a call at 9:00. I will first talk to the nurse before talking to my doctor. At 2:53 I then called my mother. We talked until 3:07. I then worked on my boggle puzzle. At 3:35 watch it takes two. At 4:30 I then ate my dinner. At 5:00 I then washed my dishes. At 5:30 I then took a shower before pulling up my blog. q

Receiving a card from the girl scouts

We talked until 11:30 before my meal had arrived. Once I had finished eating, I then brushed my teeth at 11:50. I then lied down to rest at 11:55 and slept until 2:30. I then put my wash in the dryer. At 2:41 I had received a letter from the girl scouts Every girl scout had written one for each resident hear at schooner. At 2:48 I then filled my empty pill containers before ordering more. They had let me know my new seizure medication Clobazam will be ready after 5:00 today at the Lewiston Hanaford. At 3:00 I then called my mother. We talked for fifty minutes, I then went to get my laundry, so as to fold it and put it away. At 4:10 I continued to fill my empty pill containers. At 4:30 I then took a shower fixing myself something to eat. I then picked up my kitchen. At 5:20 I then pulled up my blgo and began to type of my day.

Happy Easter

My Easter Sunday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by drinking my hot cocoa and eating an orange. I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. At 5:53 I then washed my dishes and picked up my kitchen. At 6;00 I then brushed my teeth and shaved before before putting in my nose drops and taking two puffs of my inhaler. I then watched easter mass on my I pad. AT 7:00 I then went back to bed and slept until 9:00 before getting a call from Lyndsey from the kitchen wanting to know what I wanted to eat today. Once I had given her my order off the Easter Menu at 9:20 I then called my parents. My father had answered the phone. We spoke for a while, I then talked to my mother. At 9:44 I then began to do my stretches that have helped loosen up each morning since having my last stroke. At 10:00 I then began to do my back stretches. At 10:20 I then took a shower before putting in my eye drops. At 10:40 my aunt Marion had called. I had talked to her and my cousin Chris. At 11:00 I began to watch a movie on net flix while waiting for my meal. At 11:45 my meal had arrived. It was a large portion, so I had eaten half of it and saved the other half for this evening. At 12:17 I had talked to my mother on the phone. We talked until 12:30, I then brushed my teeth and lied down to rest. I had slept until 3:20 before waking. I then watched net flix. At 4:40 I had eaten the rest of my meal. Once my dishes were washed, I had taken a shower, so as to get comfortable for the night. At 5:22 I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.

Writing a letter

My Saturday morning began at 6:30 a.m. by drinking my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. At 7:10 I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal and piece of toast. Once I had finished eating, I then picked up my kitchen. At 7:40 I then brushed my teeth and shave before starting in with my stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. At 8:03 I then began to do my back stretches. At 8:17 I had taken a shower so as to get ready for the day ahead. At 8:30 I then sat down to work on another poem. I have been doing a lot of that lately to bide my time during all corona virus mess. At 9:30 I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking two puffs of my inhaler. I then called the pharmacy to order a new inhaler. At 9:30 I then called my mother. After talking briefly, I then wrote a letter to my grandmother. I then went to check my mail box while going to mail the letter. I had received a letter from Judy and Bob some friends of mine that I have kept in touch with over the years. At 11:40 my meal had arrived. Once I had finished eating, I then brushed my teeth and lied down to rest. I had slept from 12:50-3:50. I then spoke to a friend who had called until 4:30 taking a shower. I then sat down to eat my dinner a t 5:00. At 5:25 I then washed my dishes and picked up before pulling up my blog at 5:30 so as to type of my day.

My Friday morning began at 7:00 a.m. by drinking my hot cocoa while watching the news. At 7:15 I then made my bed before fixing myself a bowl of cereal and a piece of toast. At 8:00 I then had brushed my teeth and shaved before starting in with my stretches that have been helping me every morning since having my last stroke. At 8:28 I then washed my dishes. Once my kitchen was picked up, at 8:30 I then had began to do my back stretches. At 8:40 my neighbor Brice had called to wish me a belated birthday. At 8:55 I then took a shower so as to get ready for the rest of my day. At 9:15 I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air. I then sat down to write another poem. At 9:30 I had started a wash. I then continued to work on my poem. At 10:10 my mother had called. We talked for twenty minutes, I then did a word search. At 11:15 John Rice, the head boss at Schooner Estates was talking on the Schooner channel and he had read my poem that I wrote on covid-19. At 11:40 I then ate my lunch. At 12:20 Sue and Marylin had come into my apartment to help me look for my brick, so that I could charge my eye pad. At 1:00 I spoke to a friend on the phone who had called. We talked for thirty minutes, I then went to get my laundry so as to fold and put away. At 2:00 I then lied down to res. I had slept until 4:00 before waking. I then worked on a word search before receiving a call from Ruth a resident here at Schooner complimenting me on the poem I wrote. At 4:24 I then continued to do my word search. At 4:34 Lisa had dropped off a. bag with my birthday gift from my sister. I then continued to do my word search. At 5:00 I then had a cup of soup. At 5:15, I then washed my dishes. At 5:30 I then took a shower. At 5:40 I then face timed my sister but could not get through. At 5:45 I then brought up my blog. As I was typing my sister had face timed me at 6:16. While on face time with her I had opened my birthday gift from her. After doing so, I then finished typing my bog.  

Happy Birthday to me

My Thursday morning began at 4:30 a.m. by drinking my hot cocoa and eating an orange. At 5:15 I then then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. At 5:25 I then washed my dishes and picked up my kitchen. At 5:30 I then brushed my teeth and shaved before starting in with. Stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. At 6;02 i then began to do my back stretches. At 6:20 I then filled my empty pill containers. At 6:40 I then called the pharmacy and filled my script. At 6:48 I then took a shower before cleaning my bathroom. At 7:10 I then put in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken two puffs of my inhaler I then did a word search. At 8:40 I then listened to my audio book while doing a word search. At 9:00 Marilyn came into my apartment to clean. At 9:42 she then left and I then talked to my sister on the phone. She had called to wish me a "Happy Birthday!" At 10:07. Hanaford called to let me know that my medication was ready to be picked up. At 10:10 A friend had called, while talking, I shared with him some music my cousin Mark sent to me to listen to. At 10;45 I then typed a message to my cousin Mark thanking him. At 10:50 my friend Jim had called to wish me a "Happy Birthday!" I then received a call from my aunt Marion on face time. She let me know that she was in Mass. taking care of her grandson. At 11:27 I then did a word search while waiting for my meal to be delivered. Once I had finished eating, At 12:03 I gave Marylin my tray. Once I had brushed my teeth, I had lied down to rest. At 1:38 Lynsey came in with her waitresses with a cake singing me happy birthday. At 1:45 I then lied down to rest. At 2:17 Mark, Nancy, and Sue knocked on my door singing, "Happy Birthday!" At 2:42 I then watched a moviee. At 3:00 my parents then called. We had talked until 3:35. Jan at the front desk then called to wish me a Happy Birthday. At 4:30 I then went to check my mail. Once I had returned, I had taken a shower. At 4:52 my father had called to let me know that Sally had called. Sally then called me to talk. At 5:00 I had a bite to eat before opening my birthday cards. Once I had washed my dishes, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.

Working on a word search

My Wednesday morning began at 6:30 a.m. by fixing myself a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast, along with my hot cocoa and a glass of orange juice. Once I had finished eating, at 7:00 I then washed my dishes and picked up. After doing so, I had shaved before washing my water bottle so as to refill with ice and water. At 7:20 I then brushed my teeth before starting in with my stretching that I have been doing each morning since having my last stroke. At 7:35 I cracked my ice trays, so as to make some ice before filling my water bottle. At 7:50 I then did my my back stretches. At 8:00 Marilyn arrived to to change the sheets on my bed. After she did so, I then spoke to my mother on the phoe. At 8:30 I then put in my eye and nose drops . I then took two puffs of my inhaler before doing todays puzzle challenge left outside my door. It was a boggle puzzle. At 9:18 I then went outside for a walk. I had returned at 9:48. Once I had taken a shower, I then sat down to listen to my audio book while doing a word search puzzle. At 10:30 Nancy had delivered my bag of cheerios that I wanted that they did not have in the store here at schooner. At 11:10 Nancy had returned with my change. At 11:34 I looked out my windows and I saw the mail man coming into the building to deliver the mail. He was wearing a mask. At 11:40 my meal had arrived. Once I had finished eating, I then called my mother. We talked from 12:10-12:34. I then lied down to rest and slept from 12:34 I then lied I then lied down to rest. I had slept until 3:47. I then worked on a sport word search, Todays challenge. At 5:40 I then ate my dinner. Once I picked up my kitchen, I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.

Keeping myself busy

My Tuesday morning began at 7:00 a.m. by withing my cousin Julie a Happy Birthday on face book. aT 7:10 I then fixed myself a cup of hot cocoa to drink while watching the news. At 7:30 I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with banana to go with my piece of toast. At 7:40 I then brushed my teeth and shaved before washing my dishes and picking up my kitchen. At 8:06 I then began to do the stretches have helped loosen up each morning since having my last stroke. I then called my mother parents. We spoke briefly, I then continued to stretch. At 8:38 I then put in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in two puffs of airs, at 8:47 I then took a shower. At 9:11 My mother had called. We talked until 9:22. I then cleaned my bathroom before starting a load of laundry. aT 9:44 I then wiped down my cupboards with Clorox wipes. At 9:50 I then did a word search, while listening to my audio book. At 10:30 I then put my laundry in the dryer. I then returned to my apartment to put my heat pack on my back for ten minutes. At 11:15 I then continued to do my word search. At 12:30 I then folded and put my laundry away. At 12:45 I then called my aunt, before talking to a friend who had called. At 1:00 I then went to talk to Mark about getting a new television. He then showed me how to get it to work better and said he would get me a new cord to hook up to the back. At 1:30 I then called and spoke to my mother. At 2:00 I then lied down to rest and slept until 5:00. I then took a shower before eating my dinner. At 6:30 once my kitchen was picked up, I then sat down to write a letter to a Priest friend who I have known since I was in grade school to send an easter card in. I then soon called it a day.

Shopping at the schooner Store for the first time

My Monday morning began at 4:00 a.m. by fixing myself a cup fo hot cocoa. I then sat down to drink it while watching the news. At 4:30 I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. At 4:40 I then brushed my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking two puffs of my inhaler. Once I had my dishes washed and my kitchen picked up, I then went back to bed and slept from 5:00-9:00 before waking. Once I had shaved, I then made my bed. At 9:20 I began to do my stretches that I have been doing since my last stroke. At 9:52 I then began to do my back stretches. At 9:40 I then took a shower. At 10:00 I had put in my eye and nose drops. I then took in two puffs of air. At 10:05 I then filled my empty pill containers. At 10:45 I then made a call and spoke to my mother. We talk til 11:20. While I waited for my meal to be delivered. Once I had finished eating, I then called my mother back. At 12:40 I then went outside to take a walk. I had returned inside my apartment at 1:15. I then spoke to my mother until 1:30. I then did the daily challenge left outside in my mailbox, a crossword puzzle. At 1:45 I then spoke to a friend. At 2:00 I then went the village green to shop in the new store that they created for residence to buy. I had returned to my apartment at 2:30. Once my items were unpacked and put away, I spoke to my father. At 2:44 I then slept until 5:15. I then took a shower before having a bowl of cereal and piece of toast. At 5:55 Jackie had called to take my meal order for tomorrow. At 6:00 I then continued to eat. I then picked up, before pulling up my blog and typing of my day.

Chatting with my cousin Mark

My Sunday morning began at 9:15 a.m. by fixing myself a bowl of cereal and a piece of toast. Once I had finished I then brushed my teeth before making my bed. At 9:48 I then shaved before starting in with stretches that have helped me each morning since having my last stroke. At 10:20 I then sent a message to my cousin Mark on messenger. I spoke to my mother on the phone. At 11:00 I had taken a shower while waiting for my meal to arrive. After doing so, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air. At 11:15 I then put a heat pack on my back. At 1:25 my father had called while he was out for a walk. We talk for fifteen minutes. Lindsey then knocked on my door so as to deliver my meal. Once I had finished eating, I then called my mother to let her know that I had pot roast. YUMMY!!! At 12:20 I then had washed what dishes were mine and picked up my kitchen. I then filled my water bottle with ice and water. Once I had brushed my teeth, I had lied down to rest. I slept from 12:36-2:11. Lindsey then knocked on my door coming to get my tray. At 2:15 I then watched netflix for fifteen minutes before receiving a face time call from my cousin Mark. We chatted for an hour before ending the call at 3:30. Heather then called from the kitchen to take my order for tomorrows meal. I then spoke to my parents before pulling up my blog at 3:46 so as to type of my day.

Receiving some mail

My Saturday morning began at 7:30 a.m. after a full nights sleep. Once I had my cup of hot cocoa made, I sat down to drink it while watching the news. At 7:53 I then shaved before washing my dishes. I then went on facebook to wish my cousin Lisa a Happy Birthday. I have allot of cousins born in April, including my sister and I. At 8:04 I then began to do my stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. At 8:11 I continued to stretch by doing my back stretches. At 8:20 I then listened to my audio book. At 8;27 I had taken a shower, so as to get ready for the day ahead. At 9:00 I then washed my dishes and picked up my kitchen before brushing my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking two puffs of my inhaler. At 9:30 I then watched net flix. Until before receiving a call from Auburn Hanaford tole know that my script is ready. At 10:38 I then spoke to my mother on the phone. We spoke briefly, I then I then watched net flix while waiting for my daily meal to be delivered. At 11:00 I had received a knock on my door. While I was eating, I received a call from the kitchen for tomorrows order. I then brushed my teeth and lied down to rest. I had slept from 12:15-2:50 before waking. At 3:00 I then watched The Sunday Mass. At 3:40 I then went to get my mail. I had received an easter card and a birthday card from my parents. Once I returned to my apartment, I had called my mother to let her know that I had received it. At 3:48 i then went for a walk. I returned at 4:15. Once i had taken a shower, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.

While she was doing so, Nicole from the kitchen had called to take my meal order. At 8:46 Marilyn had left my apartment. I then spoke to my parents on the phone. Until 9:00. I then watched net flix until 11:45 my meal had arrived. I had eaten the clam chowder and saved the rest for tonight. At 12:30 I then washed my dishes and brushed my teeth. At 1:00 I had lied down to rest. I then got up, at 1:40 unable to sleep and started a wash. At 1:50 I did today puzzle challenge ice flavored word scramble. At 2:10 I then filled my empty pill containers. At 2:30 I then order my scripts. At 2:45 I then put my laundry in the dryer. At 2:55 Nicole from the kitchen had called to take my order for tomorrows menu. At 3:00 I then lied down to rest and slept until 3:00. I had slept until 4:16. At 4:20 I then went to get my laundry. Once it was folded and put away, I then had taken shower and put on some clean comfy clothing. At 5:00 I then made myself a salad. At 5:15 I then sat down to eat my salad. At 5:36 I then ate my dinner. Once I had finished eating, I then wsahed my dishes, before pulling up my blog and typing of my day.

Emailing my poems to Mark

 My Thursday morning began at 6:30 a.m. by fixing myself a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. Once I had finished eating, I then washed my dishes and picked up my kitchen. At 7:00 I then shaved and brushed my teeth before making my bed. At 7:18 I then made my bed. After doing so, I had taken a shower. After doing so, my plans were to take my tablet to one of the rooms where I live outside my apartment, so as to write a poem and post it on face book. Along the way, I had a seizure. It was not a grand mol, but one that gave me a sour taste in my mouth, sick feeling to my stomach, and feeling as though the world around me was spinning. Luckily Sue my first cleaning lady was in the hallway. She had called a nurse. Once I was back on my feet, the nurse had taken my blood pressure and temperature. Sue then let me know that Marilyn will clean my room tomorrow. While I was sleeping in my apartment at 10:00 then nurse sent a p.c.a. To my apartment to see how I was doing. At 10:20 I then called my parent. We talked for ten minutes, I then took two Tylenol before eating my lunch. While I was eating Mark came to my apartment wanting to see how I was doing and to look at the poems that I wrote. I then emailed him the poems. At 12:50 I had brushed my teeth, put in my eye and nose drops, and used my inhaler before laying down to rest. While resting, I had done a weather word search. Finding words weather related. I then slept from 1:50-5:25.  I then took a shower before making myself a salad. At 5:50 I then sat down to eat. Once my dishes were washed and put away, I then pulled up my blog at 6:20 and began to type of my day.

Writing yet another poem

My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by drinking my hot cocoa and eating some fruit. I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal and a piece of toast. At 5:20 I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 5:35 I then began to wash my dishes. At 5:45 I then put in my eye and nose drops before sitting down to write yet another poem. At 7:10 I then began a load of laundry. At 7:15 I then began to my stretches that have helped me each morning since having my last stroke. I then continued stretching by doing my back stretches. At 7:40 I had listened to my audio book, while working on a poem. At 8:20 Marilyn arrived in my room to change the sheets on my bed. At 8:33 I then put my load of laundry in the dryer. I then worked on my poem while listening to my audio book. At 9:40 I then folded my laundry and put it away, while listening to my audio book. Once my laundry was put away a friend had called. We spoke for thirty minutes. I then listened to my audio book. At 10:47 a nurse from the nurses stations had called to ask me how I was doing on my groceries. At 10:50 I then made my move in words with friends. At 11:40 I then typed and posted a poem on face book. At 11:42 I then had eaten my lunch. AT 12:00 I then picked up and washed my my dishes. At 12:30 Mark had called wanting my neighbors apartment and made a mistake when dialing the room number. At 12:30 I then called my parents. We talked until 1:10. I then brushed my teeth, before laying down to rest. At. 4:30 I woke up and took a shower before sitting down and typing of my day.
