An appointment with my pcp

 My Wednesday morning began at 9:20 a.m. by going into the main camp to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. i then had two strips of bacon with an egg and a piece of toast. Once I had finished eating I then returned to my camp at 10:00 to make my bed. After doing so, I had brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in some air, I then sat down at 10:20 to fill my empty pill containers. At 11:00 I had called WestSide to let them know that I would like to attend the special event next Friday. I had spoke to Kala and let her know. Steven my case manager called back letting me know how do not do well in the summer heat and mentioned that it might not be a good idea to go to the Grey animal farm. At 11:20 I had taken a shower. Once I was ready, I then watched the news at noon. At 12:30 I then did some reading while waiting to leave. At 12:50 my father took me to Dr. Seally's. On our way we stopped off at the lot to check my sisters trailer. At 1:30 we had gone home to get the mail and fill up some water jugs to bring to camp. At 1:42 we had left the house. We had arrived at the doctor's office at 2:00 before making a stop at Mt. Blue drug. Once I was checked in the nurse had taken my blood pressure. 116 over 72. I then saw dr. Seally. We had spoke about my asthma and she bumped up my puffs from two twice a day to three. with my symbacourt inhaler and told me to stop taking my rescue inhaler. At 2:50 i then left the doctors office and went back to camp arriving at 3:15. I then lied down to rest and slept until 5:00. After taking a shower, I then went into the main camp to eat dinner. I then went to my camp at 5:15 to blog of my day. 

Writing about someone who we admire

 My Tuesday  morning began at 5:00 a.m. by taking a shower and getting ready for the day. At 5:30 I then went into the main camp to eat a bowl of cereal with banana. I also had had a toasted english muffin with peanut butter. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my camp at 6:00 to brush my teeth and put in my eye and nose drops. Once I had used both of my inhalers, I then said good-bye to my sister and was on my way. Once United Wheelchair had me at WestSide Neuro Rehabs doorstep, I went inside. After my temperature check with Kala the receptionist, I had gone downstairs to gardening group with Laura and Kayli. Today the group first talked about our goals. Then kali took the other two clients outside to water and weed the garden. while I stayed inside with Laura do to the heat to water the plants inside. At 10:30 we took a break before gathering once again for the second ninety minutes for our writing group. Today I had written two poems before Laura gave us a writing prompt. We had to write about someone we admire and why. At 12:00 I then went into the lobby to meet the United driver would be taking me home. While out in the lobby Laura pointed out a special event going on next Friday. A trip to the Gray animal farm. I told her that I would think about it. I had arrived at camp at 1:00 p.m. Once I had a bite to eat I had gone into my camp at 1:30, brushed my teeth and went to bed. I had slept until 5:10 before waking to take a shower to cool down, getting the water as cold as I could stand. Once I was out of the shower and comfortable for the night, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day, before eating dinner with my parents.

 My Monday morning began at 9:30 a.m. by getting dressed for the day. I then went into the main camp to drink my hot cocoa while eating a bowl of rice krispies with banana. After doing so, I then returned to my camp to to brush my teeth and put in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in a puff of air with each inhaler, I then made my bed. At 10:20 I had left camp with my sister and arrived home at 10:38. The deck still needed a little more painting before it was finished. My aunt and sister did that while I stayed in my bedroom to read. At 11:47 I then called United Wheelchair to see what time that they would be picking my up tomorrow. 7:30 a.m. I then continued to read. At 12:08 I then had eaten lunch. After doing so, I had brushed my teeth. At 12:40 my sister and I had left the house arriving at camp at 1:05. Once I had unpacked my knapsack, I then lied down to rest. I had slept from 1:15-3:30. I then spoke to a friend who had woke me by their call. At 4:00 I then took a shower, before pulling up my blog at 4:26.

Another day of painting the deck at home

 My Sunday morning began at 8:30 a.m. by getting dressed and going into the main camp. Once I was inside, I had eaten some grapes while drinking my hot cocoa. After a bowl of cereal and a piece of toast, I then returned to my camp at 8:56 to brush my teeth and put in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in a puff with each of my inhalers, I then made my bed before packing my knapsack to take home with me. At 9:30 I had left camp with my aunt and sister to go home to continue painting the deck. At 10:00 we had arrived home. Today I had primed the wooden benches. At 11:15 I then stretched. At 11;40 I had gone down to our basement to cool off. while reading until 12:15. I then went back upstairs to eat lunch. I then continued to prime the benches. At 1:42 I had lied down to rest and slept until 3:00. we then left to go back to camp my aunt sister and I. Upon arrival at 3:40 I had put an ice pack on my back. After twenty minutes, I then went on the deck with my sister. At 4:40 I then returned to my camp to shave and  take a shower so as to get comfortable for the night. At 5:15 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day, before eating dinner with my aunt and sister.  

Spending another day at home

 My Saturday morning began at 8:45 a.m. by getting dressed and going into the main camp to eat breakfast with my sister and aunt. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my camp at 9:30 to make my bed and brush my teeth. After doing so, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in a puff of air with each of my inhalers. At 9:57 I then left camp with my sister and aunt to go home, so that they could continue painting the deck. While at home, I had stretched, before starting to read my book at 11:45. I did so until 12:15. I then had eaten lunch. At 1:00 I had lied down to rest and slept until 4:00. At 4:15 we then left the house and went back to camp. Upon arrival at 4:38, I had gone into my camp to fill my empty pill containers. After doing so, I then had taken a shower and shaved before pulling up my blog at 5:40 so as to type of my day before enjoying a nice spaghetti dinner with my sister and aunt.

 My Friday morning began at 9:00 a.m. by getting dressed for the day before going into the main camp to drink my hot cocoa while eating my fruit. After doing so, I then had an egg cup with half of a toasted english muffin. At 9:40 I then returned to my camp to brush my teeth and put in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in a puff of air with each inhaler, at 9:50 I then made my bed. At 10:05 I then said good-bye to my parents who were going to my sisters to spend the weekend at the coast, while my sister and aunt came to the camp to spend time with me. At 10:11 I then called United Wheelchair to see if I was traveling with them to WestSide next week and I was. YEH I AM BACK WITH UNITED WHEELCHAIR!!!!!!. At 10:24 I then began to do my stretches. I then put an ice pack on my back. At 10:40 my sister had arrived. At 10:57 my sister and I left for home. At 11:14 we then stopped off at the lot where she keeps hers traitor to spend time away from her house in the summer. she can do that, she works in the school system. At 11:27 we arrived home meeting my aunt there. My sister and I first swept the deck My aunt and sister then began to clean the deck to get ready to be painted. At 12:30 I then spoke to a friend. I then played words with friends. At 1:00 I had folded some laundry in the dryer. I then started another load of laundry before laying down to rest at 1:00. I had slept from 1:00-3:45. I then went into the main camp to make my bed with clean sheets. At 4:40 I then went on the main camp with my sister and aunt to sit for a while while eating chips and dip. At 5:30 I then went into my camp to take a shower and get comfortable for the night. I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day, before eating dinner with my sister and aunt.

  My Thursday morning began at 6:30 by shaving and taking a shower. I then got dressed before into the main camp at 7:00 to drink my hot cocoa and eat my fruit. After an english muffin with peanut butter and a bowl of cheerios, I then returned to my camp at 7:35 to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in a puff of air with each inhaler. I then to wait. To my surprise United Wheelchair had picked me up to take me to WestSide Neuro Rehab at 9:30. It was not one of those other company's that could give a darn in fell into or our of the car. Living with a visual impairment, that would be easy to do. At 11:30 I had arrived at WestSide and the United Driver said that they would be taking me back to camp. What a relief. Once inside WestSide, I had my occupational therapy session with Erin. today she and I tried to get a hold of Trevor my case manager from the devision of the blind. We then called Steven my case manager at WestSide on information. I then spoke to Erin about a safe place to live on my on again. We then called the devision of the blind to talk to Trevor about housing. We left a message. At 11:50 I then had an early case management session with Steven. I had to sign release forms so that he could talk to my parents, sister, and doctors when he wanted to. I then went to the lobby to wait for my ride back to camp. While doing so, Dr. Miller came into the lobby with part shepherd and part husky. United soon arrived to take me back to camp. I had the same driver that picked me up. She had informed me to call Jo Jo to get United Wheelchair to pick me up every day that I go and not universal transportation. I had arrived a camp at 1:38. I had thanked my driver April, then went inside the main camp to eat lunch. My father had made me a veggie sandwich. At 2:00 I called Steven my case manager at WestSide. I then brushed my teeth and lied down to rest and slept from 2:20-5:10. I then ate dinner. At 6:15 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.

 My Wednesday morning began at 10:00 a.m. by getting dressed and making my way into the main camp. Once inside, I had eaten my fruit while drinking my hot tea made from tea leaves from the garden at WestSide. At 10:11 I then had a banana and peanut butter sandwich. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my camp at 10:50 to brush my teeth, put in my eye and nose drops, and take a puff of bother of my inhalers. At 11:12 I then filled my empty pill containers. At 11:45 I then began to do my stretches. while watching the news at noon. At 12:30 I then lied down to rest and slept until 4:00 before waking. I then took a shower, before pulling up my blog and typing of my day before eating dinner. I then called it a day. 

My first day back to WestSide Neuro Reheab

 My Tuesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by shaving and making my bed. At 5:30 I then took a shower and got ready for my first day back receiving therapy at WestSide since the pandemic. And let me tell you getting there was not all fun and games. Once I was ready, I then went into the main camp to eat my fruit and drink my hot cider. at 5:15 I then had an egg cup and half of an english muffin. I then went into the my camp at 7:10 to brush my teeth, put in my eye and nose drops, and use my inhalers. At 7:00 Uts Transportation had arrived. This was not United Wheelchair. What was going on. Well we drove as far as Jay, I then had to get into another one of there vans that was taking clients to another facility for people with developmental disabilities. While doing so, I tripped and fell. They do not assist you like United Wheelchair.  in Lewiston. Not that, that mattered, but it was just another stop I had to make before my arrival at 8:40. At 9:00 during gardening group, Laura had us down in the dining room. We then went out into the garden to pull weeds and water the plants. We then sat down in the dining room to discuss what we could do with rest of our time during our three hour group. Maybe a craft. Laura then let us know a new rehab tech starting soon named Keely because Marie is leaving. Laura then had us pick mint and try it. We then cut wire and put it around plants. We then spoke about doing a creative writing group for the rest of our time next week from 11-12. At 10:45 we then talked about facts about plants. At 11:00 we though about things to write about for creative writing. I then shared the ideas of the book that I am writing. and how I began to write it. As I was doing so, I felt a bit of anger. She then asked us what we liked to get out of the writing part of the group. My response was, "Don't give up." Laura then asked me to bring in my I pad to show the group my poems and book. We then talked about the twelve benefits of creative writing. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to meet my dreaded ride back to camp. I had arrived back to camp at 1:15. Once I had eaten lunch, I then lied down to rest and slept from 1:20-5:00. I then took a shower before eating. At 5:30 I then returned to my camp to blog of my day.

 My Monday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by shaving and taking my shower. Once I was dressed, I then went into the main camp to dink my hot cider while eating some fruit. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cereal with a piece of rye bread toasted with peanut butter on it. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my camp at 6:30 to brush my teeth. Once I had put my eye and nose drops in, I then took in a puff of air with each of my inhalers. I then had read some of the Sunday paper before resting while waiting to leave with my father to go to the chiropractor. At 7:45 we had left camp. At 8:07 we had arrived home. My father then gave me a haircut. We then grabbed some frozen soup in the freezer before leaving the house. We had arrived at Dr. Roberts office at 8:57. Once our backs were adjusted, we then headed back to New Vineyard. Along the way we had past camp to fill the truck up with gas in New Vineyard. At 10:00 we had arrived back at camp I then went back into my camp and went to sleep until until 1:00 I then went into the main camp to have half of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a glass of milk. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my camp at 1:26 to listen to my audio book while filling my empty pill containers. After doing so, I had called the pharmacy the fill a script. At 2:20 I had spoke to a friend who had called for thirty minutes before playing two games of cribbage with my mother. At 3:40 I then went into my camp to take a shower and get comfortable for the night. I then pulled up my blog at 4:10 and typed of my day. 

Happy Fathers Day

  My Sunday morning began at 9:00 a.m. by making my bed. Once I was dressed for the day, I then went into the main camp at 9:15 to eat some fruit while drink my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had a bean burger for breakfast. Once I had finished eating, I then retuned to my camp to at 9:40 to brush my teeth. I then returned a call that I had received. At 10:13 I then did some reading before putting in my eye and nose drops in. Once I had used my two inhalers at 10:00 I then did some reading. until 10:40. I then did my stretches until 10:47 before continuing to read. At 11:00 I then went into the main camp to play a game of cribbage with my mother. At 11:37 I had returned to my camp to put some clean laundry away. At 11:40 I then lied down to rest and slept until 2:40. I then went into the main camp to sit on the deck with my father and talk until. 4:00. I then returned to my camp to take a shower before pulling up my blog and typing of my day.

 My Saturday morning began at 9:30 a.m. by making my bed and getting dressed for the day. After doing so I then shaved. before going into the main camp to drink my hot cider and eat some fruit. At 9:55 I began to do my upper body workout. After doing so, I then had eaten two french toast for breakfast before returning to my camp at 10:24. Once I had brushed my teeth, I then put in my eye and nose drops in. Once I had used my two inhalers, I then went into the main camp to watch Hal Mark Movies and Mysteries with my mother. At 11:30 I then returned to my camp to lay down to rest. I had slept until 2:15 before waking. I  then signed my fathers day card for my father and put the gift card inside, before going into the main camp to sit with my sister, parents, and aunt. After doing so for a while, the noise started to get to me, so I then went to my camp to talk to a friend. At 4:00 I then took a shower before pulling up my blog at 4:30 and typing of my day.

 My Friday morning began at 8:50 a.m. by going into the main camp to dink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. I then did some stretches before eating my breakfast. At 9:34 I then returned to my camp to make my bed. At 9:38 I then put an ice pack on my back for ten minutes. After doing so, I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 10:05 I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking a puff of air with each inhaler. At 10:15 I then put some clean laundry away in my camp. At 10:20 I then took out all my pill  to fill my empty pill containers. At 11:00 I then took my book to go out on the camp deck to read. At 12:00 I then left camp with my father. We had arrived at Mt. Blue drug to pick up some medication. At 12:45 we then took a ride home to get some things before returning to camp. At 1:00 we first stopped at the lot to check out my sisters trailer. At 1:10 we then stopped at the bank. At 1:38 We had filled the truck up with gas. We then arrived arrived at camp 1:50. I then lied down to rest and slept until 4:44. Once I had taken a shower, at 6:10 I then went into the main camp to eat dinner. Tonight we trout, rice, and broccoli. I then returned to my camp at 6:50 to blog of my day. 

A visit with my grandmother

 My Thursday morning began at 9:00 a.m. by going into the main camp to drink my hot cider while eating some fruit. I then had a bowl of cheerios with a banana. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my camp at 8:40 to brush my teeth and shave. At 9:54 I then made my bed before taking a shower. After doing so, I soon got ready for the rest of my day. At 11:17 I had left the camp with my mother. We first stopped at Wal Greens to pickup a card for my father for fathers day. At 11:50 we then left Wal Greens and went to Tractor Supply to pick up a gift card. At 12:17 we had arrived at the Pierce House to visit my grandmother While I was visiting,, Julie one of the c n a's fixed my grandmother and I and ice cream cone. At 1:37 my mother and I then left the Pierce House. At 1:40 we had stopped at the recycle place before arriving home at 1:48 to pick up some more of my masks to wear while at WestSide. They are not required if you have been vaccinated, but it makes me feel safer. Although you do not have to wear them at therapy, you do have to wear them while riding in the transportation company's. In my case United Wheelchair. Once I had my masks, my mother and I left the house at 12:53. We then went to my mother's place of work to drop off some paper's for her boss to sign. He is the chairman of the board of directors at the Pierce House that Darlene had given to us who is charge of the Pierce House. We finally arrived at camp at 2:21. I had gone directly into my camp to brush my teeth and lay down to rest. I had slept from 2:21-4:35. Once I had taken a shower, I had gone into the main camp at 5:10 to eat dinner with my parents. Once I had finished eating, I then went back into my camp at 5:48 to finish blogging. 

Starting off slow

 My Wednesday morning began at 8:00 a.m. by going into the main camp to eat my fruit and drink my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had a dropped egg on toast. After doing so, I then washed the dishes and put them away. At 9:08 I then returned to my camp at 9:08 to brush my teeth and shave. After doing so, I then put in my eye and nose drops in. Once I had used my inhaler at 9:30 I had worked on my book. At 10:50 I then watched television while doing my stretches. At 11:00 I watched Hal Mark Movies and Mysteries. At 12:00 I then watched the news. After doing so, I then went to sleep from 12:00-3:12. After taking a shower and getting comfortable for the night, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day. What I meant by starting slow was, I will be starting WestSide next week going two mornings. two therapy's each day. 

Appointment at the dermatologist

 My Tuesday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by shaving and taking a shower. I then went into the main camp at 6:30 once I was dressed to eat my fruit and drink my hot cider. I then had a chocolate toasted english muffin. At 7:00 I then returned to my camp to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops. At 7:40 I then did my upper body stretches before leaving for the doctors at 8:00 with my parents. We arrived at 8:50 a.m. Once inside Dr. Kenny's office my parents and I checked in before being seen by Dr. Kenny. He always checks my melanoma spot that I had removed before having my last stroke and the rest of my body which always seems to check out o.k. each year. At 10:30 we then left the office. On our way back to camp we had stopped off at a little country store to buy lunch. At 11:35 we had stopped at Tranten's. a grocery store along the way. We had arrived back at camp at 12:00 noon. I then called WestSide up to ask about some therapy's that I will be getting involved with but no one answered. At 12:15 I then filled my empty pill containers for the week ahead. At 12:45 I then called WestSide again and Kala answered. I had let her know that I wanted to change a therapy to another one. At 12:50 I then lied down to rest and slept until 4:45. Once I had taken a shower and put on something comfortable, I then went into the main camp to go sit on the deck briefly to enjoy the views of the lake. At 5:30 we then went into the camp to eat dinner. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my camp at 6:08 to blog of my day. 

First Day Back To Westside Neuro Rehab

My Monday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by shaving and making my bed. After doing so, at 5:55 I had taken my shower and got ready for my first day back to therapy in over a a year since covid-19 started. I was all vaccinated, so I felt some what safe to do so. At 6:12 I had gone into the main camp to eat my fruit and drink my hot cocoa. I then had half of a chocolate english muffin and a bowl of cereal. At 6:40 I then returned to my camp to brush my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. I then took in a puff of air with each inhaler. At 7:00 I then did some reading while waiting for United Wheelchair to arrive. I also watched the news and listened to my audio book too. At 8:15 I had finally left camp arriving at WestSide at 9:35. I had seen a few people that were there that I new that were still going before I left. At 10:00 I then had my O.T. session with Erin. She first let me know if I was fully vaccinated, I did not have to wear a mask, but I felt a little safer doing so. While walking around I had notice some of the staff had been let go. I saw Dan one of my P.T.'s that I had. Erin and I then went over some therapy's and groups that I would like to get involved in. Definitely O.T. and P.T. I then chose some groups. At 11:00 I then went back out into the lobby to catch my ride. At 12:21 upon my arrival back to camp, I had taken the information Erin gave to call Main Care to get my transportation to pick me up at camp instead of home. I had to change my address and go through a bunch of stuff. And that is what it was "STUFF!!!" Once I had that all straightened out, I then called Kala at Westside to have my schedule also faxed to my mothers office fas. At 1:20 I then had eaten my lunch. I then went back to my camp to brush my teeth and lay down to rest. I had slept from 1:40-5;00 before waking. I then went into the main camp to eat. I then watch a little television with my father before returning to my camp to get comfortable for the night. I then puled up my blog and typed of my day. 

My Sister fixed my computer once again, so now I can catch up on my blog entries

 Friday June 4th 2021

My Friday morning began at 9:45 a.m. by going into the main camp to eat my fruit and drink my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had eaten some bacon and scrambled eggs with a toasted blueberry muffing. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my camp at 10:30 to make my bed. After doing so, I had brushed my teeth and shaved. At 11:00 I had done my stretches while listening to my audio book. At 11:18 I then did some reading with my large print books from christian records. At 11:23 I had put some laundry away before putting an ice pack on my back. I did so for fifteen minutes before putting some clean laundry away. I then called my sister to ask her how to turn the voice over off on my computer. At 12:00 I then had watched the news. At 12:30 I had put my eye and nose drops in before taken in a puff of air with each inhaler. I then went to sleep until 3:33. Once I had taken a shower, At 4:05 I had gone into the main camp to watch the news, while waiting to eat dinner with my parents. At 4:20 we had eaten. At 5:00 I had watched the news before returning to my camp at 5:30. I then called it a day. 

Saturday June 5th 2021

My Saturday morning began at 9:30 a.m. by going into the main camp to have a cup of hot cider with some fruit. After doing so, I then had half of a toasted english muffin with a bowl of cheerios with a banana. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my camp at 9:58 to put an ice pack on my ankle. At 10:07 I then made my bed before brushing my teeth. At 10:17 I had put in my eye and nose drops before taking in a puff of air with each inhaler. At 10:20 I then put an ice pack on my back. While talking to a friend. At 11:00 I then listened to my audio book while doing my stretches. At 11:25 I then shaved before filling my empty pill containers. At 12:00 I then lied down to rest and slept until 2:40. At 2:45 I then read until until 3:37 before going into the main camp. After talking to my parents for a while, I then played a game of cribbage with my mother at 4:09. At 4:53 I then returned to my camp to take a shower and get comfortable for the night. I then returned to the main camp to eat dinner with my parents. After doing so, I then returned to my camp at 6:20 to call it a day. 

Sunday June 6th 2021

My Sunday morning began at 9:40 a.m. by going into the main camp to eat my fruit while drinking my hot cider. After doing so, I then had eaten eaten some left over beans, sausage and a half toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating at 10:25 I had returned to my camp to make my bed. After doing so at 10:30 I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 10:46 I had put in my eye and nose drops and used both of my inhalers before taking a shower. At 11:15 I then sat down to read, before leaving camp with my father. At 11:42 we had stopped to fill the truck up with gas at Our Village Market. We then first stopped at a nursery along our travels today to look at some plant in North New Portland. We then drove through King field around 12:22. At 12:41 we went by Happy Horse Shoe Campground. At 1:07 we had returned to camp. I then went right in my camp and lied down to rest. I had slept from 1:10-3:37. I then put an ice pack on my back. At 4:00 I then played cribbage with my mother. At 5:00 I then ate dinner with my parents. Once I had finished eating, I had put an ice pack on my back for fifteen minutes. I then took a shower at 5:45 and soon called it a day. 

Monday June 7th 2021. 

My Monday morning began at 6:15 a.m. by going into the main camp so as to eat my fruit while drinking some hot apple cider. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cheerios with a toasted pineapple muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my camp at 6:50 to shave and brush my teeth. At 7:03 I then took a shower and got myself ready for the day ahead. Once I had my eye and nose drops in, I then took a puff of each inhaler. At 7:30 I had listened to my audio book while waiting to go to the chiropractor. At 7:55 I then left camp with my father to go see Dr. Roberts. Upon my arrival, I answered all of the questions on the computer screen. Dr Roberts then made some adjustments on my back and I was soon on my way. At 9:32 my father dropped me off at the Pierce House to visit my grandmother with my aunt and mother. At 12:00  we then left the the Pierce House my mother and I. I had picked up something to eat.  At 12:30 we had arrived at camp. Upon our arrival at 12:30 I had eaten my lunch. I then went out into my camp at 1:05 to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:08-4:40. I then took a shower. After doing so, I then went into the main camp to watch the news before eating. 

Tuesday June 8 2021

My Tuesday morning began at 9:37 by getting dressed. I then went into the main camp to eat my fruit and drink my hot cider. I then had an egg cup and half of a pineapple muffin. At 10:15 I had returned to my camp to make my bed and brush my teeth. At 10:28 I then put an ice pack on my back. At 10:43 I then took the pack off. Once I had shaved, at 10:45 I had began to do my stroke stretches. I then put some clean laundry away At 11:10 I then filled my empty pill containers. At 11:35 I had put and ice pack on my ankle. At 11:50 I had taken the ice off. At 12:00 I then watched the news. I then fell to sleep and slept until 3:30. I then read until 4:19. I then shaved before listening to my audio book. At 4:53 I then went into the main camp briefly before returning to my camp. At 5:07 I then took a shower before returning to the main camp to eat dinner. I then went onto the deck to sit until until 6:30. I then returned to my camp to call it a day. 

A trip to the chiropractor

 My Thursday morning began at 9:30 a.m. by shaving and taking a shower. Once I was dressed, I then went into the main camp to eat my fruit and drink my hot cocoa. At 1015 I then had a bowl of cereal with a half of an english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my camp at 10:40 to brush my teeth and make my bed. I then left camp with my father to go to the chiropractor. We had arrived at 11:45. Once I had my adjustment, We were on our way. At 12:15 we made a stop at the pharmacy to pick up some medication. We then continued on our way. We then went for a ride, before returning to camp at 12:30. I then lied down to rest and slept until 4:00. Once I had taken my shower, I had pulled up my blog and typed of my day before eating dinner. 

Going for a little walk

 My Wednesday morning began at 9:30 a.m. by a call from Danielle the scheduler from WestSide letting me know the options of times an dates that I could go in for an Occupational Therapy evaluation with Erin. Once that was figured out, I then went into the main camp to drink my got cocoa and eat my fruit. I then had half of a grilled B.L..T. for breakfast. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my camp at 10:13 to put an ice pack on my back for fifteen minutes. At 10:28 I had brushed my teeth and shaved. My mother then helped me changed the sheets on my bed because my back was still hurting me. At 10:45 I then brushed my teeth, put in my eye and nose drops before taking in a puff of air with each inhaler. At 10:53 I then put some sunscreen on before going for a walk with my mother. We had left the camp at to go park the car at our friends Zips house. We then took off walking on a less busier road then ours. We had walked for fifteen minutes before returning to the car. We then went to the post office to main a letter. At 11:40 we arrived back at camp. I then went into my camp to watch the news at noon. While watching the news I had an ice pack on my back. I then slept from 12:30-3:21. I then took a shower before pulling up my blog at 3:48 and typed of my day. 

Going to the chiropractor

 My first day June began on this Tuesday morning at 9:30 a.m. by getting out of bed and getting dressed so as to go into the main camp eat breakfast. Once I had eaten my fruit and had my cup of hot cocoa, I then had and egg, two strips of bacon, with a piece of toast. Once I had finished eating eating, I then returned to my camp at 10:30 with an ice pack to put on my back for ten minutes, After doing so, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in a puff of air with each inhaler. I then watched a movie on net flix until noon. I then watch the news. At 12:30 I then put an ice pack on my back once again. At 12:50 I had fallen to sleep until 3:15. I then washed my face and got ready to go to a chiropractic appointment. At 3:15 I then left the camp with my father. I still wish to this day that I could drive and that I was not visually impaired. We had arrived at the chiropractors at 3:30. Once we had called, Lisa had let me in. Ever since that day I fell everyone in the office is there to greet me and guide me out. Once I had my adjustment, I was on my way back to camp with my father at 4:33. We arrived at camp at 4:54. Once I had taken a shower, I had iced my back for fifteen minutes while listening to my audio book. At 5:25 I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
