Making a packing list to go on my anual visit to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center
I began my Sunday morning at 7:45 a.m. by getting up to do my weight and stretching exercises. Once I had gone through the entire routine, I then sat down to fill up my pill containers for the week. At 8:40 I then went out to the kitchen to eat toasted muffins for breakfast. At 9:00 I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth and continue to get ready to go to church. At 9:45 I had left for church with my mother. My grandmother had some other plans for the day, so we did not pick her up. We had arrived home after church at 11:30. I then had a bowl of soup before laying down to rest. I had slept from 12:00-3:00 before getting up to do my speech and breathing exercises. At 3:30 I then went on face book to play words with friends. At 4:00 I then made out a packing list of things I should take with me on my trip to Dartmouth N.H. I will be going on my yearly visit to see the stoke specialist this week at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center with my parents. Hoping for some good news, keep your fingers crossed. At 4:45 I then sat down to blog before eating dinner.
