Running on the trampoline with tracie during P.T.
I began my Tusday morning at 5:30 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to eat three muffins for breakfast, along with my hot cooa and o.j. At 6:00 I then went back to my bedroom to brush my teeth, make my bed, and to take my shower. Once I was ready I then filled out Thanksgiving Day cards. At 7:00 I then took an air flo reading; 440, 440, 450. I then gathered my things to go to WestSide by way of United Wheelchair. I had arrived there for 9:00 a.m. after we had gone to pick up Donald. I theen had the receptionist Mellisa buzz me in. Before going to the conference room for Yoga Group, I had gone downstairs to the kitchen to put my lunch in the refrigerator. I then made my way back upstairs. During Yoga Group with Michelle today, Matt, Dave, Donald, and I began the group with deep breathing exercises. OAM. We then did shavasana. After doing some neck rolls and some other Yoga stretches we then focussed on Shavaana once again. At 10:00 during my first day in stretching and strengthening group, Donald, David, Paul, Terry, Zach, Richard, Dave, Rem and I went around the room suggesting a stretch to do with Laurie, Nichole, and Michelle. At 11:00 during my 1/2 an hour break, I sat in the lobby doing my to do my Tension Identification and Control exercises. At 11:30 I then had my Nursing Session with Sally. Sally had first asked me if she had given another client my name. The client is too having problems with their breathing. Sally though it be benificial for me to talk with her. I do have exercises that I do that I could pass on that might help. Sally then took my blood pressure 118 over 68. At 12:00 I then made my way to the kitchen to eat lunch with Kay, Theresa, Rem, Donald, and Paul. At 1:00 I then made my way from the kitchen to the gym which happen to be on the same floor level. During P.T. today Tracie first did my breathing exercises with me. Instructed to be done by Carina the speech theropist. I then went on the tredmill for 21:01. I had gone .82 miles and burned 87 calories. I then ran on the trampoline for one minute then rest. I then ran for two minutes before resting. She then gave me an exercise to do with a theroband: toe raiss. After P.T. Unite took me home. I had arrived home at 4:00 Thus laying down to rest for an hour. I had got up at 5:00 going out into the kitchen to eat my salad. After taking a shower, I then ate dinner before sitting down to blog.
