Running Ragged

I began my Thursday morning at 6:30 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to eat hot cereal and english muffin for breakfast. Once I had done so, I had returned to my bedroom to do my weight exercises and I think they are paying off, "BIG TIME!" At 7:10 I then began to do my stretching routine. At 7:30 I then took my shower thus getting ready for my day ahead. At 9:00 United WheelChair had showed up to bring me to West Side. Upon my arrivel for 10:30 I had brought my lunch to the kitchen to put in the refrigerator. I then went back to the lobby to do my speech exercises. At 10:30 I then meet with Dr. Ablitz. Today we talked about ways I can channel my anger. Specifically dealing with the frustration over dealing with my stroke. At 11:00 I then went downstairs to the gym for my P.t. session with Amanda. Today Amanda had me on the tredmill doing three sets of walking for five minutes at a speed rate of 3.5 miles per hour, plus a steaper incline. Once I had finished the workout with breaks in between I had gone .853 miles in all. I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch With Greg, Kaylyn, and Ashly. Once I had finished eating I then made my way to the lobby to rest, while waiting for my ride which had arrived a little late, I was so tired from the workout I had almost fallen a sleep. My endurence has strengthend, but not to handel that type of workout, "YET!" At 1:30 Roland had taken me and another patient home to Farmington. I had arrived home at 2:50 and went straight to bed. I had slept until 4:20 thus getting up to take a shower before eating dinner. I then went to my bedroom to blog.
