Running in the driveway, YEH!
I began my Thursday morning at 7:30 a.m. by getting up and going out into the kitchen to eat my plate of fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cereal with a toasted muffin. Once I had finished, I had brushed my pearly whites before loading up the dish washer then I started it. After doing so, I then went downstairs to ride for thirty minutes. Once I had finished peddling, I had gone outside in the driveway to do some running. I have to say each day it feels more and more like the real thing. After ten times running back and fourth in the driveway, I then went back inside to do my weight exercises both upper and lower. At 9:40 I then stretched until 10:10. I then took my shower thus getting ready for the rest of the day. WOW I AM RUNNING IN THE DRIVEWAY! Once I had cleaned my bathroom, I then started a load of laundry. Once I had emptied the dishwasher and put the dish's away I had returned to my bedroom at 11:15 to put my clean laundry away. At 11:30 I had called my friend Tim who is blind to chat, but he was not home. His grandmother had answered the phone and let me know that he was out in the community with his helper doing his weekly shopping. At 11:30 I then called my grandmother to see how things were going with her. Once I was off the telephone I had returned to the laundry room to put the laundry in the dryer. It was a rainy day so I could not hang it on the clothing line. I then went to my bedroom to lay down and watch the news. At 1:15 I then folded the laundry and put it away. At 1:30 I was back in bed. At 3:40 I then got up. My mother had arrived home which luckily woke me up, or I probably would have slept all day into the night. After having a bite to eat, I had spoke briefly on the phone to my friend Greg before going back out into the kitchen to speak to my parents. I then returned to my bedroom at 4:45 to enter my daily blog. Just a thought for the day. "I enjoy running, but this stroke I had will not run my life."
