presentation in review

My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then worked my upper body. At 5:30 I then shaved before taking a shower. Once I was ready, I then went into the main camp so as to eat some fruit with my bowl of cereal and piece of toast. At 6:15 I had returned to my camp so as to brush my teeth. After doing so I then I had lied to rest. for an hour. I then had taken a quick shower to wake up before my ride arrived. We then had picked up another client in New Vineyard before continuing on to oWestSide. Upon our arrival, I had gone to a treatment room so as to wait for Michelle. As I was doing so, Dan had stopped by to let me know that he was going to have a fire drill. He lets me a few others know before hand so as not to trigger a seizure. I then went outside to wait with a few others that have the same medical problem. Once the alarm went off, the rest of the building was evacuated. After the fire drill I then met with Michelle for rehab. During our session we changed my profile picture on face book. At 11:00 Michelle and I then went into the conference for Brain Injury Education Group. We had reviewed our presentation that we had just done at Franklin Memorial Hospital with the scrub club. We talked about the cook out there and the room we had compared to last year. We then discussed preparing for a presentation at a boarding home called Odd Fellows. We had sent an e-mail out about doing a presentation. At 12:30 I then finally was on my way home. I had arrived at camp at 1:45. My mother was there waiting. Once I had packed some things, we then left for home. We had arrived home at 3:00. Once the car was unpacked, I had put things away. At 3:53 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
