Tai Chi in the parking lot at WestSide

My Tuesday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 7:00 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat my breakfast. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 7:20 so as to brush my teeth. After doing so, I then took a puff of my inhaler before putting eye drops in my eyes and out the door I went. Upon my arrival at 8:50 I had just enough time to get myself acclimated before meeting with Clark for my counseling session. Today we shared some interests and engaged in a great conversation. At 10:00 I then went outside in the parking lot so as to do tai chi. After an hours worth of movement, posture and working on my balance, I then went inside to the craft room for expressive arts. Today Michelle had us finishing up our projects, butterfly's made form toilet paper rolls. At 12:00 I then met my United Wheelchair driver in the lobby, he then took me home. I then arrived home at 1:11. Once inside, I then had eaten my lunch. At 1:30 I had returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:35-5:00 before waking. I then took a shower before eating dinner. I then returned to my laptop so as to type in todays blog entry.
