My. Wednesday morning began at 6:20 a.m. by going into the main camp to drink my hot cocoa while eating my fruit. At 6:40 I then had half of an english muffin with peanut-butter on with one egg. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my camp at 6:45 to shave and brush my teeth. At 7:10 I began to do my back stretches. At 7:20 I then took a shower so as to get ready for my day ahead. Once I was dressed and ready to go, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 7:45 I then sat down to watch the news while waiting for United Wheelchair. I left camp at 8:30, arriving at WestSide at 10:00. I went strait to Sam's office for my recreational therapy session with her. Today we played a game called Blink. We then played checkers. At 11:00 during my P.T. session with Dan we played three games of cribbage. everyone is taking it a little easy on during their session with me since my two concussion. At 12:00 Mindy approached m e while I was waiting for my ride in the lobby so that I could sign some release forms giving WestSide permission to talk to my doctors, parents, and my sister if need be. This is just in case of an emergency. We then went over my play of care. I then left WestSide arriving at camp at 1:40. After eating a salad for lunch, I then went into my camp at 2:03 to brush my teeth and lay down to rest. I slept until 4:16. After taking a shower and getting comfortable for the evening, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day before eating dinner.
