My Sunday morning began at 9:45 eating some fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 10:00 I then had a bowl of cheereo's with a honey bun. Once I had finished eating at 10:20 I then I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in two puffs of air with my inhaler, I then began to do my back stretches. After my leg and arm workout with weights I then did my stroke stretches. At 11:30 I then shaved before watching the hal-Mark channel while drinking a glass of ginger ale. I then continued to watch television until 1:00. I then did some reading until 1:40. At 2:00 I lied down to rest and slept until 4:48. I then took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 5:25 I then ate dinner. I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
