Doing my daily workout both mind and body

 My Sunday morning began at 10:00 a.m. by making my bed. I then did my back stretches. At 10:10 I had eaten my fruit while drinking a cup of hot apple cider. At 10:20 I then had a bowl of chocolate hot cereal with a banana in it along with a  toasted english muffin. At 10:40 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, I continued to do my back stretches. At 11:30 my mother arrived home from church. Once she was inside the house and settled she gave me communion. I then shaved before calling the pharmacy about my medication. At 12:07 I began to do my constant therapy. At 12:45 I finished my constant therapy and began to do my thera band exercises, upper and lower. I then grabbed my five pound weights and began to do my weight exercises. I then did some more stretching. At 1:15 I had put some clean laundry away. At 1:20 I then drank some of my shamrock shake while doing a word search. At 2:00 I lied down to rest and slept until 3:53. I then ate dinner. At 4:40 I then filled my empty pill containers. At 5:30 I then blogged of my day.
