Doing my workout

 My Friday morning began at 3:00 a.m. by waking to a migraine headache. once I had taken two Tylenol, I then went back to sleep. At 10:46 I then began my day began getting dressed before going into the main camp to eat my fruit while drinking a cup of tea. At 11:12 I then had an english muff with scrambled eggs At 11:50 I then returned to my camp to brush my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in two puffs of air with my inhaler, I then at 12:00 watched the news at noon. At 12:35 I then began to do my constant therapy. At 12:55 I then worked my book a little before starting in with my back stretches at 1:46. At 2:00 I then shaved before doing my stroke stretches. At 2:25 I then began to do my thera band exercises. At 2:34 I then used my hand grips. At 2:36 I had completed my workout. At 2:40 I then spoke to a friend. At 4:00 I then went into the main camp to eat dinner. At 5:18 I then returned to my camp to take a shower to get comfortable for the evening. At 5:38 I then blogged of my day.
