The start of a heat wave here in New England
My Thursday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 6:08 I then had a bowl of cereal with banana along with half of a toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then had some watermelon before brushing my teeth. After doing I then put in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, at 6:30 I then did my back stretches and the stretches that I had learned to do after my stroke. I then went back to bed and slept until I slept until noon before waking. It was so hot that even with an air conditioner in my bedroom The 90 degree weather is unbearable. Once I had made my bed, I then watched the news while eating a bowl of fish chowder. Once I had finished eating, At 12:30 I then. Brushed my teeth before doing my typing exercises. After doing my constant therapy I then at 1:30 shaved before cleaning a drawer in my bathroom. At 12:10 I then filled my empty pill containers. At 2:47 I then did my back stretches. At 3:00 I then preceded to do the stretches that I have been doing since having my stroke. It was to hot to do my entire workout. At 3:15 I then went into the formal living room to talk with my mother. I then returned to my bedroom fifteen minutes later do to the temperature to eat my salad. At 4:15 I then had an Italian sandwich on such a hot day. At 4:30 I then took a shower, so as to cool down for the evening. At 5:00 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
