Some more sad. news

 My Thursday morning began at 7:30 a.m. by doing my stretches that I have been doing since having my stroke. At 8:00 I then went into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. I then had a popover with a banana. At 8:25 I then began to do my back stretches. After doing so, at 8:37 I then brushed my teeth and took a shower. At 9:05 I then put in my eye and nose drops before using my inhaler. Once I was dressed and ready for the day, I lied down with and ice pack on my back. At 9:30 my father gave me a haircut. At 11:30 Ricky one of the dispatchers from United Wheelchair had arrived to take me to WestSide. Along the way we had to pick up another client in Lewiston. Upon my arrival, I went strait to the gym for my P.T. appointment with Dan. Today Dan first had me in the parallel bars. Once he had a gate belt around my waist, Dan then had me walking heel to toe holding on with one hand lightly. Dan then had me on the mat doing my stretches. While working with dan he informed of some sad news. Two former case managers that I had at WestSide my first time going there before my last stroke had past away.   I was shocked to hear suck sad news. You just never know when it is your time. At 2:00 I then went to the lobby to meet April, the United Wheelchair driver that would be taking me home. Upon my arrival home at 3:11, I had taken a shower and put on something more comfortable. At 3:30 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.

 Well my Wednesday morning began at 8:15 a.m. Another day not missing WestSide do to someones mistake. I do not know who. I will not blame either, but I am glad it is over. It was not the first time and I sure it won't be the last. Once I had made my bed, At 8:30 I then went into the kitchen to eat my fruit while drinking a cup of tea. After doing so, at 8:50 I then had some home fries with with two of the popovers that my mother had made. Once I had finished eating, at 9:10 I then went back to my bedroom to brush my teeth before putting int my eye and nose drops. I then took in two puffs of air with my inhaler before starting in with my back stretches. At 10:00 I then spoke to a friend on messenger for an hour. At 11:35 I then lied down to rest and slept until 2:35. At 2:40 a friend had called me I spoke to them while eating a salad and drinking a glass of egg nog. I love this time of year, so that I can drink egg nog. At 3:45 I then took a shower and got myself comfortable for the evening before pulling up my blog at 4:10 and typing of my day. 

It is no laughing matter

My Tuesday morning began at 7:30 by going into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cup of cider. After doing so, I then had a bowl of shredded wheat with a piece of toast. At 8:00 I then called United Wheelchair to see what time that I would be picked up. Ricky the dispatch responded we do not have you on the schedule. What is up with that? This is becoming very frustrating. I have quite a few days this years because of screw ups. I am not putting blame on anyone, but come what is the problem here, and I have P.T. tomorrow. I then called WestSide to let them know that I would not be in. They sounded upset when I let them know. The problem new is with Motive Care, the company that handles all the transportation, RRRRRRRRRR, At 8:05 I then took a shower to try to cool down, I was so steamed after hearing the news. HA HA!!!. I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. Once I had used my inhaler, at 8:25 I then did my back stretches. I then did some of my stretches that I have been doing since having my stroke. At 8:45 I had put an ice pack on my back. I was so steamed that I melted that it record time. I then watched some television to so as to cool down before filling my empty pill containers at 11:00. At 11:30 I then cleaned my bathroom. At 11:50 I then had a slice of pizza for lunch with a glass of egg nog. At 12:15 I then went to my bedroom to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I slept from 12:30-3:45. At 3:57 I then had a salad. At 4:15 I then had broccoli casserole with corn and tomato soup poured over it. I then returned to my bedroom to pull up my blog at 4:30 and type of my day.

 My Monday morning began at 9:30 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking a cup of  hot chocolate. After doing so, I then had a scrambled egg with half of an english muffin anlong with some tomato's and cucumbers. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom to make my bed. At 10:15 I had brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken two puffs of my inhaler, I began to do my back stretches. At 10:42 I then put an ice pack on my back. At 11:04 I had called Leona who leads up the support group for people who are visually impaired. She then let me know that she would send me an email. At 11:18 I then called Trevor my case manager for the devision of the blind. He then told me to call my Jorden O&M instructor. At 12:00 I then watched the news at noon. I did some reading before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:15-3:40. I then took a shower before pulling up my blog at 4:00 so as to type my day. 

A visit with my grandmother

 My Sunday morning began at 8:00 watching. Sunday mass on line. At 8:30 I did my back and stroke stretches. At  9:00 a.m. I then went into the kitchen to drink a cup of hot cocoa while eating some fruit. After doing so, I then had a peanut butter and banana sandwich on an english muffin. At 9:10 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. After doing so, I then took a shower and shaved so as to get ready for the day ahead. Once I had put in my eye and nose drops, I then took in two puffs of air with my inhaler before leaving the house at 9:55 with my mother. She had dropped me off at the Pierce so that I could visit my grandmother on her way to church. I was there visiting her for an hour and a half before my mother had arrived. My mother had given us communion, before my grandmothers lunch had arrived in her room. We stayed a little longer before leaving. the Pierce House at 9:55. At 12:00 I had picked up lunch on our way to Hanaford, so as to be able to eat while my mother went shopping. At 1:07 we had left Hanaford , arriving home at 1:20. Once in my bedroom, I had put some laundry away before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:30-5:00 before waking. I then had taken a shower before having a plate of spaghetti for dinner. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom so as to pull up my blog so as to type of my day.

 My Saturday morning began at 10:00 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to drink a hot cup of cider while eating some fruit. After doing so, at 10:20 I then had a piece of toast with peanut butter with a bowl of hot cereal. At 10:30 I then returned to my bedroom to make my bed. at 10:40 I then brushed my teeth and put in my eye and nose drops before using my inhaler. I then got dressed for the day before doing my back stretches. At 11:05 I had put an ice pack on my back before taking two tylenol. At 11:20 my sister and her friend Dan stopped by to stay hi. At 12:00 I then lied down to rest and slept until 3:30. I then took a shower and comfortable for the evening. At 4:00 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day before eating dinner. 

Home at last

 My Friday morning began on this first day of October at 9:20 a.m. by going into the main camp to eat some fruit while drinking a cup of hot cider. After doing so, I then had an egg cup with a half of an english muffin. At 10:00 I then returned to my camp to pack my things to get ready to go home for the season. I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After using my inhaler, I then did my back exercises. At 12:00 I then watched the news before watching a movie while waiting to leave. My mother and I left camp at 1:27 arriving home at 1:50. Once I had things unpacked and put away, I then filled my empty pill containers for the week. I then ordered a script that I was running low on. At 3:00 I then lied down to rest and slept until 5:00. Once I had taken a shower and was comfortable for night, I then had eaten dinner. I then returned to my bedroom at 6:00 and blog of my day.
