Getting my workout in by shoveling the deck

I began my day this morning at 8:45 a.m. by looking out the window of my bedroom. As I was doing so, I new I had a job ahead of me, shoveling the deck. I then went out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and eat some fruit. No fruit dip this week. In church this past Sunday we were given the assignment by the priest of not eating any sugar for the week until next Sunday. So far I am not doing all that ba, although I am missing the nightly snack once in a while. I then had a piece of toasted homemade bread with peanut butter. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom at 9:10 to brush my teeth, I then took the sheets off my bed to be washed. At 9:30 I then put my boots and coat on to go outside to shovel the deck. It took me until 10:45 as I had shoveled by layers of snow. I then went inside to to take my shower before laying down to rest. I had slept from 11:10-3:00, before getting up to have a snack of pretzels dipped in egg salad with a glass of ice tea. At 1:05 I had called United Wheelchair to confirm my pick up time tomorrow to transport me to Lost Valley to ski with my P.T. I then spoke to a friend for a brief period before eating dinner. I then went to my bedroom to blog before going to bed. I am still tired, believe it or not.
