My Friday morning began at 8:50 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then put some clean laundry away, before going into the kitchen at 9:00 a..m. to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. I then toasted two muffins. Once I had finished eating I had gone to my bedroom to call Trevor my case manager for the devision of thee blind, so as to get things rolling again. I had to leave a message. After doing so, at 10:00 I then vacuumed and dusted my bedroom. After copying the poem into the notebook where I keep all the poems that I have that I wrote for my grandmother for mothers day, I then put an ice pack on my back for ten minutes. At 10:53 I then put the ice pack back in the freezer. I then received a call for the date of my doctors appointment for my spine and back. At 11:00 I then continued to copy the poem in my notebook. At 12:00 I then watched the news before having a bite to eat. At 12:40 I had gone back to my bedroom to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 12:44-4:15. I then went into the kitchen to have some crabby's to eat while talking to my mother and aunt who here for the night while my father was visiting my sister. At 4:50 I then took a shower before eating dinner. I still stretch during the day, I know how to do them by heart. At 5:40 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
