A neurological appointment

 My Friday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to do my back and stroke stretches. At 6:30 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. After a bowl of cereal with banana and a slice of toast, I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. At 6:50 I then shaved  before taking my shower, so as to get ready for the day ahead. Once I was dressed and ready to go, I then had put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. I then sat down to watch a Hal-Mark movie while waiting to leave for Scarborough with my father to go to a neurology appointment. Before doing so, I had called the pharmacy to order my inhaler. At 8:15. I had left the house with my father. At 9:45 we had stopped at the rest stop in Gray for a while. We then arrived at the doctors office at 11:00. Once I was inside and screened for covid-19, I then saw Lisa my neurologist. Sh is like a physicians assistant is to a doctor. I first meet with the nurse then Lisa. We talked about how my three seizure meds are doing fo me and if I had any seizures since our last appointment. I then let her know that I have had a few, but they were not that bad. She let me know that she would like me to have lab done before taking my seizure medication first thing in the morning Monday. Depakote, Vimpat, and Clobazam. At 11:30 I then left the doctors office with my father. On our way home we stopped off at my aunts house to pick up my mother. She had rode to her house with her from the thanksgiving weekend this morning. My father and I had picked her up. At 1:00 we stopped to pick up a bite to eat on the way home. At 1:43 we arrived home. Once I was in comfortable clothing, I then brushed my teeth and lied down to rest, sleeping from 2:00-4:30. I then had eaten dinner before returning to my bedroom to brush my teeth. aT 5:25 I then did some reading before puling up my blog and typing of my day.
