Not a very active day today which by the way began at 10:00 a.m. That is what happens when I have the day off from WestSide Neuro Rehab, I take my morning seizure medication at 6:00 a.m. and it puts me right back to sleep. Once I was on my feet, I then went into the kitchen to eat my fruit while drinking a hot cup of apple cider. After doing so, I had eating a slice of french toast with some left over pork that I had brought home from cooking group Friday. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 10:20, so as to brush my teeth. After doing so, I then did my back stretches, followed by my stroke stretches. At 11:15 I then called my pharmacy to see my medication was ready for pick up. At 11:26 I then shaved before putting in my eye and nosed drops. Once I had used my inhaler, I had played a game of cribbage with my mother at noon. At 12:40 I had returned to my bedroom to lay down to rest. I had slept until 3:06 before waking a taking a shower, so as to freshen up for the evening. I then went back into the kitchen at 3:30 to eat dinner. At 4:00 I then returned to my bedroom to pull up my blog and type of my day.
