Reading an article in the news paper on an old neighbor of mine

My Thursday morning began at 5:40 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to do my stroke stretches. At 5:58 I then did my back stretches. At 6:15 I then went into the kitchen to eat some fruit while drinking a cup of tea. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cereal with a half of bagel. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth and shave. At 7:00 I had taken a shower so as to get ready for the day ahead. At 7:53 I had put an icepack on my back. Once I had put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. Once I was ready for the day, I then watched the news with an icepack on my back. At 8:20 I had filled my pills for the week ahead. At 8:45 United had arrived to take me to WestSide. I had arrived at 9:50. I had sat ing the lobby for seventy minutes. My first therapy was not until 11:00. It is a good thing I was ready when I was. WestSide I was not the only client with transportation problems. While in the lobby I spoke to Terry. She let me know, relax, Troy and listen to goodwill radio At 11:00 I went into the conference room for Cribbage Group. Today I played three handed cribbage with Skylar and another client and I skunked them both. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to meet my ride to go home. I had arrived home at 1:10. Once I had eaten my lunch I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I slept from 1:30-4:40. Once I had taken a shower and was comfortable for the evening, At 4:55 I then ate dinner. aT 5:30 I then ready an article on a neighbor of mine, when I live on my own. After doing so, I then pulled up my blog and type of my day.
