A busy physical therapy workout

My Tuesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by going into the main camp to eat my fruit while drinking a cup of peach flavored tea. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cereal with banana, along with a blueberry muffin. At 5:53 I then returned to my camp to make by bed. At 5:57 I then brushed my teeth and shaved before taking a shower. At 6:23 I then put in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in two puffs of air, I then began to do my back and stroke stretches. At 6:38 I then finished getting ready for the day. I then watched the news. At 7:00 I then put an icepack on my back. At 7:30 United Wheelchair had arrived. Upon my arrival to WestSide at 9:00 a.m. I immediately went downstairs to the gym for my P.T. session with Dan. Dan first had me walk four laps around the downstairs. He then had me in the gym side stepping. Dan then had me in the parallel bars with a block of wood, so as to step up and down upon it. Side stepping and forward and backward. At 9:25 Dan brought me some water, so as to take a break. Dan then told me to bring in the green Thera Band in exchange for the Red one, so that I can do my clam shell exercises with. I  then continued to side step on block, I then walked the hallway again. I then walked backward in the halls with the gate belt on. At 10:00 I then went to the conference room for games group. Today we played pay day with Skylar and Keileigh. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to meet the United Wheelchair driver who would be taking me back to camp. At 1:43 I had arrived at camp. After some cottage cheese and fruit and a flavored water drink, I lied down to rest and slept from 2:00-4:50. I then took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. I then went into the main camp to eat dinner. After doing so, I then returned to my camp at 5:45 to blog of my day.
