Another hefty workout during P.T.
My Thursday morning began at 7:40 a.m. by going into the main camp to eat my fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After eating some peanut-butter and honey spread on a toasted english muffin, I then returned to my camp to make my bed. At 8:10 I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 8:21 I then took my shower so as to get ready for the day ahead. Once I dressed, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air. At 8:40 I began to do my stroke and back stretches. At 8:56 I then put an ice pack on my back. At 9:30 United Wheelchair had arrived to take me to WestSide. I had arrived at 11:20. At 11:30 I then went to the conference room. At 12:30 I then went to the dining area to eat lunch. Once I had finished eating, I then went to the gym to wait for my P.T. session with Dan at 1:00. During my P.T. session, Dan first strapped the gate belt around my waist, so as to start walking laps around the outside of the gym and kitchen. Dan then had me go back into the gym to go into the parallel bars. Dan started me off by raising my knees up and down as high as I could. Dan then had me side stepping on strips on the floor from pole to pole. We then back into the hallway to way forward and backward. Back into the parallel bars I went to step up onto the block of wood holding on with one hand. At 2:00 I then went to the lobby to meet the driver who would be taking me back to camp. I had arrived back at camp at 3:26. I went strait to my camp to lay down to rest. I had slept until 5:36 before taking a shower and getting comfortable for the evening. At 5:55 I then went into the main camp to eat a plait of spaghetti. At 6:27 I then pulled. up my blog and typed of my day. .
