My Wednesday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by taking two tylenol for a headache that I was having. I then went back to sleep until 10:00. Once I was awake, I then went into the kitchen to eat my fruit while drinking a cup of hot apple cider. At 10:20 I then had a bowl of cereal with banana along with a slice of toasted banana bread with peanut butter. At 10:50 I then returned to my bedroom to make my bed. At 11:00 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, I then began to do my back stretches. At 11:25 I then began to do my stroke stretches. At 11:30 I then did my weight exercises, working out my upper body. At 11:35 I began to work on my sticker book. At 12:00 I then watched the news. After doing so, I then lied down to rest at 1:00 and. slept until 3:50. I then went into the kitchen to eat a salad before before eating my dinner. I then returned to my bedroom to take a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening before blogging of my day.
