My Monday morning began at 7:00 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 7:15 I then an omelet with beans and an english muffin. At 7:40 I then brushed my teeth and shaved before taking a shower at 8:00. Once I was dressed and ready for the day ahead, at 8:15 I then did my back stretches. At 8:15 Aliance Transportation arrived in my driveway RRRRR! My father went outside to see what was going on. If I did not go it would be a strike against me with motive care. My walker could not fit in that tiny car. neither could I for that matter. I then went back inside to call United Wheelchair to see what was going on. I was not put on their schedule today do to lack of drivers. At 9:20 I then began to do my constant therapy. At 10:05 I then filled my empty pill containers. At 10:50 I then called the pharmacy to order some medication. At 11:00 I then worked on my book. At 12:00 I then ate my lunch while watching the news. At 12:40 I then worked on my book. At 12:55 I then brushed my teeth. At 1:00 I lied down to rest and slept until 3:43. I then typed my blog before eating dinner.
