My Sunday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa, while watching the news. At 6:07 I then had a bowl of oat meal with a slice of toast. At 6:20 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, at 6:30 I then watched Sunday Mass on television. At 7:30 I then went back to bed and slept until 10:20. Once I had made my bed, I then filled my empty pill containers. At 11:15 I then did my typing exercises. At 11:30 I then did my constant therapy. At 11:45 I had shaved. At 11:50 my mother arrived home from church. Once she had given me communion, at 12:10 I then had some potato salad with some milk. Once I had finished eating, I then did my back stretches. At 12:35 I then did the stretches that I have been doing since having my stroke. At 12:42 I then grabbed my dumbbells and began to worked my upper body by going through all of my exercises twice. At 12:45 I then strapped on my ankle weights so as to do my leg exercises. At 12:55 I then did another round of weight exercises working my upper body. At 1:00 I then did my back exercises once again. At 1:30 I then lied down to rest and slept until 3:21. After taking a shower and getting comfortable for the evening, I then ate dinner, two salads for the price of one. Tossed salad and macaroni salad. After brushing my teeth, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
