A visit with my sister, Dan, and parents while eating ordervs

 My Wednesday morning began at 9:30 a.m. by filling my empty pill containers. At 10:00 I then made my bed. At 10:15 I then ate my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 10:27 I then had a bowl of cereal with banana with an english muffin with jam. At 10:50 I then brushed my teeth and shaved before putting my eye and nose drops before takiing in two puffs or air with my inhaler. At 11:23 I then filled out forms before seeing my new primary care physician. At 12:00 I then watched the news at noon. At 12:22 I began to do my back stretches. At 12:40 my sister and Dan arrived. At 12:42 I began to do my constant therapy. At 1:15 I then organized and threw out papers. At 1:40 I then typed notes in google docs. At 1:50 I then visited with my sister, Dan and my parents. At 4:00 I then took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 4:20 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
