My Monday morning began at 6:30 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 6:38 I then had a bowl of homemade oatmeal along with a toasted english muffin. At 6:50 I then made my bed before brushing my teeth. After making my bed, I then shaved. After taking a shower and getting dressed for the day, I then put in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, at 7:30 I then did my constant therapy. At 7:53 I then did my back stretches. I then watched the news while waiting for my ride to arrived. At 9:30 I then had left the house, arriving at Neuro Restorative at 10:20. At 10:30 I then had writing group. Today I wrote a promped on a character with super powers. At 11:15 during newsletter group wrote on how to get through the holidays, look up Christmas cookie recepie's, and Christmas jokes to put in the the news letter. At 12:00 I then ate lunch. At 1:00 during painting group with Keileigh, I continued to paint my painting. At 2:00 during recreational therapy with Faith, I had continued to put pictures in my book and take out the ones that I want to draw. going through the photos that I wanted to keep. At 3:00 during my O.T. session with Angela, we called Samantha my case manager for the division of the blind, so as to reschedule my appointment. We had to leave a message. We then went over the new group therapy's that are being offered. At 4:00 I then left for home. I arrived home at I arrived home at 5:15. After eating dinner, I then took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
