My Thanksgiving day began at 9:30 a.m. by watching the Thanksgiving Day Parade while doing my back stretches. I then got dressed for the day. At 10:05 I then ate my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. After doing so, I had a cheese sausage, a slice of cinnamon bread, and cherry breakfast cobbler. At 10:45 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, I then at 10:55 began to do my constant therapy. At 11:30 I finished doing so. I then sat down with my aunt Joan to show her the progress that I am making on my second book. At 12:00 I then ate the innards of the Thanksgiving Day Turkey along with a glass of egg nog. At 12:45 I then brushed my teeth before doing my back stretches. At 1:17 I then did my stretches that I have been doing since I had my last major stroke. At 1:25 I then used my hand grips before doing my thera band exercises to strengthen my arms and legs. At 1:38 I then did my back stretches once again before taking a shower at 1:50, so as to get comfortable for the rest of the day. I then blogged of my day before engaging into my Thanksgiving day feast with my family.
