I began my Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. by stretching in my bedroom. Once I had finished with my weight exercises, I then made my way to the kitchen at 8:50 a.m. Mom had made me some french toast for breakfast. Once I had finished eating, at 9:30 I then went downstairs to ride the swin air dine. Today I was able to burn 214 calories in thirty minutes. Once I had taken a shower I then went on face book to correspond to some friends messages. At 11:10 I then went on my iphone to take my turn on the game words with friends. At 11:30 I first spoke with my grandmother on the telephone before I lied down to rest. At 2:00 I got up and went to the kitchen to eat my lunch. At 2:15 I then changed my bed, putting on clean sheets. I then watched television. after I had spoke to a friend on the telephone briefly, I then began to do my stretching exercises at 4:00. At 5:00 I then sat down to eat dinner. Once I had finished eating, I then got comfortable for the night before sitting down at my computer to do my blog. I then soon called it a night.
