I began my Saturday morning at 7:45 a.m. by stretching and lifting those weights. I then went to the kitchen to eat breakfast with my sister and mother. At 9:20 I then went downstairs to ride the swin air dine until 9:50. While riding I focussed on my legs only while riding the swin. After my shower I then worked on my mouth exercises I was given to do during speech at WestSide. At 10:20 I then sat down to begin to write my poetry in a notebook. At 11:30 mom made me a grilled pepperoni and cheese sandwhich for luch. At 12:00 my father took over to wal-mart so that I could buy some ankle weights to use while exercising. I then also picked up a get well card to send to a friend. My dad and I then took a ride over to visit my cousing Jim, before heading home. We arrived home at 1:45. I was so tired I went to bed to rest and I ended up sleeping two hours. Once I was up at 3:50 I began to do my stretching exercises. At 4:40 I then rode the swin air dine for a half an hour. After my shower I then went to the kitchen to eat dinner. I then went to my bedroom to watch television, soon calling it a night.
Troy, I'm enjoying your blog each day, but a bonus: getting some good tips from your mother's cooking--never tried a grilled pepperoni and cheese sandwich - sounds good! Josh thinks so, too...have to try it; sometimes the simple things are the best.
