going to camp for the weekend

I began my Friday morning at 5:00 a.m. by getting up to do my weight exercises. After doing so I then stretched. The entire workout took me an hour. After doing so, I then showered and got ready for the day ahead. I then went out into the kitchen to eat some fruit and drink my hot cocoa, while my mother had made me some french toast for breakfast. At 6:45 I had returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. After cleaning my bathroom, I had grabbed my lunch and duffle bag and off to West Side I went. Upon my arrival walking to wellness group went to the river walk trail to do there walking this morning. Michelle and Mat then took us back to WestSide. I then went to the conference room for stretching group. We all took turns naming several stretches for and hour with Michelle and Courtney while listening to music from the lait Nineties. At 12:00 I then took my shower before buying a cafe meal. At 1:00 I then went home. Upon my arrival I blogged before laying down to rest. I then went to camp for the weekend.
