walking on uneven surfaces in the back yard at WestSide

I began my Wednesday morning at 7:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and eat my fruit. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cereal and a piece of toast. Once I had finished eating I had returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. At 8:00 I then went outside to stack some wood for an hour. I then went back inside to my bedroom to stretch. I had used stacking wood as my weight workout. After I had finished stretching, I then took my shower and got ready for the day ahead. At 9:40 I then began a load of laundry. I then vacuumed my bedroom, After doing I had brought my knapsack and lunch to the door. At 10:30 I then sat down to eat my lunch. Once I had finished eating, I began a load of laundry at 10:35 before talking to my grandmother. I then hung the laundry to dry. After doing so United Wheelchair had arrived shortly after to bring me to WestSide. Upon my arrival I had gone to the conference room for suppor group. During support we spoke about camping, How I walked three miles in hiking group last Monday, And planting garden was brought up. At 2:00 I then had my P.T. session with Mat. Mat first started me off on the exercise bike. for twenty minutes. We then went outside to walk on the sidewalk to the bank and back. We then went in the back yard at WestSide to walk on the lawn. Uneven surface made it hard with my balance. Mat used a gate belt to prevent me from falling. At 3:00 I then left for home. I had arrived home at 4:15, thus taking my shower before sitting down to blog.
