A busy day

My Monday morning began at 10:00 a.m. That new  seizure medication I am on really makes me tired. Once I was dressed for the day, I then went into the main camp to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. I then returned to my camp to do my ankle exercises and put a hot wet cloth on it. After doing so, I then returned to the main camp to eat my breakfast. After doing so, I then returned to my camp at 10:45 to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops in before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 11:00 I had my weekly call with Nurse Sally on face time. We spoke about me talking with a counselor at my neurologist office, then Sally had mention talking. to a counselor from Bayside in Portland over tela health. At 11:45 we had ended our call, by sally letting me know that she would get in contact with me when she gets this all figured out. At 11:27 I then began to do my stroke stretches. After doing so, I then went into the main camp at 11:57 briefly before returning to my camp to right down some notes in my google docs about the dreams that I have been having. At 12:15 Nurse Sally message me back on messenger about Mac the physiologist at Bayside letting me know that he would take me on as a patient. At 12:30 I then went through my notepad to go through all of the dreams that I have been having, so as to write them down. At 1:00 I then went into the main camp to have a snack before returning to my cmap to pur some laundry away. At 1:15 I then brushed my teeth before doing my ankle exercises. At 1:25 I then lied down to rest and slept until 4:12. At 4:20 I then took a shower before going into the main camp to play a couple of games of cribbage with my mother. At 5:30 I then ate with my parents before returning to my camp at 6:15 to type todays blog entry.
