Having kinesiotape put on my ankle during P.T.

My Tuesday morning began at 9:45 a.m. by shaving. I then went into the main camp to eat my fruit and drink my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had half of a banana sandwich before returning to my camp at 10:09 to make my bed. At 10:13 I then brushed my teeth before starting in with my stroke stretches at 10:20. I then continued with my back stretches and my ankle stretches. aT 10:47 I then put some laundry away. At 10:50 Nurse Sally had called. We hd talked about how things are going medically. At 11:00 I then took a shower. At 11:30 I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 12:30 I then rested while waiting to go to my P.T. session. At 1:40 I then got up, washed. my face and brushed my teeth before leaving with my father for P.T. I had arrived at 2:20. At 2:30 during my P.T. session with Ian had me cycling for ten minutes. He then did the low level lazier my ankle. He then put kinesiotape on my ankle. As he was doing it I had already felt some relief. He then had me practicing sit to stand. At 3:00 I then left therapy with my father. We arrived at camp at 3:50. Once inside my camp, I had face timed Nurse Sally before pulling up my blog.
