Attending my first Brain Injury support group on zoom

My Thursday morning began at 9:20 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to drink my hot coco while eating some fruit. After doing so, at 9:50 I then had a bowl of quaker granola cereal with half of an english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 10:07 to make my bed. I then brushed my teeth and shaved before putting in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken two puffs of air, at 10:40 I then picked out a card for my sisters birthday. At 10:45 I began to do my stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke that I had learned while I was at inpatient rehab. At 10: I then did my back stretches that I learned from a chiropractor before doing my back stretches that I learned during a P.T. session. I then continued to stretch by doing my P.T. stretches that I just finished learning how to do in the past year at Physical Rehab. Once I had finished my workout, I then sat down to read from 11:15-12:21. I then went into the kitchen to have a bowl of soup for lunch. I then returned to my bedroom at12:50 to brush my teeth and lay down to rest. I had slept until 3:20 before waking. Once I had taken a shower, I then went into the kitchen at 4:00 to eat dinner. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 4:18 to pull up my blog so as to type of my day. After doing so, I then got ready for my first Brain Injury support group on zoom with clients who have attended or now are attending WestSide Neuro Rehab.
