Discussing medical issues with Nurse Saly

 My Tuesday morning began at 7:45 a.m. by going into the itcehen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had an egg sandwich. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom at 8:30 to brush my teeth and shave. At 8:40 I had washed my hair and face. At 8:45 I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with each of my inhalers. At 8:50 I then cleaned my bathroom. At 9:00 I then spoke to my grandmother on the phone for ten minutes. before putting things back on my bathroom cupboard. At 9:15 I then wrote down some notes to talk to Nurse Sally about during our session today. At 10:00 Sally had called. We spoke about the seizure That I had and the pounding headache that I have on the right side of my head. We then spoke about the two headache medications that I have to take that my doctors had prescribed but the pharmacy won't refill them as prescribed. So Sally had called my doctor's while we were online together. Sally had fixed that for me. Take one propranolol a.m. and p.m. and take one Meloxicam one p.m. We then spoke about my appointment at the polmanologist. I have to stop taking loratadine two days before the test. Sally also said to ask the doctor Dyer if I could get a covid-19 vaccine because of my breathing problems. A10:20 Nurse Sally and I ended our session. At 10:20 I then called my P.C.P. Dr. Sealy to see if I have an appointment Friday 3/12/21. At 10:30 I then vacuumed my bedroom. At 11:00 I then dusted my bedroom. After doing so, I then filled my empty pill containers. At 11:30 I had gone into the kitchen  to have a bowl of soup for lunch. At 12:00 I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. At 12:30 I then did my stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. At 12:15 I then did my back stretches and other P.T. stretches. At 12:40 I had finishd doing so. Once I had brushed my teeth, I then lied down to rest. I had slept from 12:50-3:22. Once I had taken a shower, I then ate dinner. At 4:15 I then pull up my blog and soon called it a day.
