My Tuesday morning began at 7:00 a.m. by going into the kitcehn at 7:00 a.m. so as to eat some fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. After a bowl of oatmeal and a piece of toast. At 7:25 I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. Once I had shaved, I then made my bed. At 7:50 I began to do my back stretches. I then did some of my stroke stretches before taking a shower. Once I had put int my eye and nose drops, I then took in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 8:30 I had put an ice pack on my back. At 10:00 United Wheelchair had arrived to take me to WestSide. I had arrived at WestSide at 11:00. Erin my O.T. had taken me another group members to the craft room. Erin was covering the group today. Once I had played a game of chess with a client I then played a game with Erin. I won one a lost one. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to meet the United Driver who would be taking my home. I arrived home at 1:58. Once inside, I had a cup os egg nog before going to my bedroom to get comfortable. I then lied down to rest from 2:10-4:00. Once I had taken my shower, I then went into the kitchen at 4:18 to have a bow of pea soup with a half of a sandwich. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 4:47 to blog of my day.
