Getting out of the house and riding around with my father

 My Friday morning began at 9:30.M. by washing my face, putting in my eye and nose drops and taking in some air. i then began to do my stroke stretches. At 10:00 I continued with my back stretches. At 10:20 I then worked my upper and lower body. At 10:30 I had put an icepack on my back. for thirty minutes. At 11:00 I then watched television while waiting to leave the house with my father at 11:30. We first made a stop at the garage for my fathers plow. At 12:05 We then went to Mount Blue Drug to pick up some medication. We then went for a ride through Chesterville, 12:33 we arrived in Viana, at 12:30 we looked at camps on a lake in Viana. A 12:55 we stopped at Flying Pond Variety to get a slice of pizza. At 1:41 we then stopped in Industry to get sand for the driveway. We had arrived home at 1:50. I then went to my bedroom to brush my teeth and lay down to rest. I had slept from 2:00-5:10. I then took a shower so as to get comfortable for the evening before pulling up my blog and typing of my day.
