Walking up and down the hallway

 I woke this Wednesday morning at 10:30 a.m.  I then went into the kitchen to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had eat the rest of the sardines that I had yesterday with a toasted english muffin. After doing so, I then returned to my bedroom at 11:04 to brush my teeth. At 11:12 I then called WestSide and talked to Kala the receptionist to see if my transportation is set up for me to be taking United Wheelchair and not any of the other company's because I am visually impaired and the other company's do not come into the lobby at WestSide to get their clients. She replied, that I should be all set. Then she replied, as I soon as I receive your schedule I should know. At 11:20 I then shaved. At 11:30 I then made my bed before starting in with stretches. First my stroke then my back. At 12:00 I then watched the news at noon. At 12:10 I then put an ice pack on my back for twenty minutes before playing two games of cribbage with my mother. At 1:17 I then walked up and down the hallway in our home. At 2:00 I then lied down to rest. I slept until 4:00 before waking. I then took a shower before going into the kitchen to eat dinner. After doing so, I then returned to my bedroom at 4:52 to blog of my day.
